Staff, especially Dwayne was so welcoming, warm, friendly, informative, accommodating with a great sense of humor:) Our room, filled with antique furnishings and 12 foot ceilings was clean, bright and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. It’s directly across from delightful Forsyth Park.
Only complaint was the bed. It was too soft and not comfortable.

The house was beautiful, it’s history was so well preserved. The location was absolutely perfect. Close the the center of Forsyth park it was walking distance to everything. I have some limitations when it comes to walking and being so close to the parks, we were able to go almost to the river because waking down the park and through the squares, there were plenty of benches to stop at. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly and helpful
There was not a single thing unlikeable! The only regret was that our stay was a rather short one and we would have loved more time here

The historic integrity was maintained throughout the property. It didn’t feel too modern and very elegant. The AC was good white noise for us at night.
A little echoey in hallways when others were talking outside our door

The staff were wonderful. They were all very nice and helpful. Breakfasts were very good. You can't beat the location.
The only thing I can think of is that the bathrooms could use an update or refresh.

the location was excellent and yes, it was a charming house right off the park. The room was very large.
the smell of mildew and the beds were very uncomfortable. there were holes in ceilings, walls, stains on curtains.

Loved the location, perfect to get around. Free shuttle right outside the door. The property was stunning with beautiful court yard, large front porch with rocking chairs to enjoy an evening cocktail or morning coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the gourmet breakfasts, afternoon wine & cheese and evening desserts & coffee. We only stayed 2 nights and have a yearning to go back!!!!

The traffic was a little noisy at night...nothing you could have done about it...I turned on white noise.

Lovely, comfortable home with pleasant and attentive staff. It's a great place to stay when exploring Old Savannah.
The rooms are a little noisy, but what are ya gonna do? It's an old house in a city. Breakfast was delicious; there could have been more choices, but I understand that limitations of a small operation.

people were very helpful and facility was well-kept and comfortable
multiple stuff coming up as a problem with that is apparent in most all buildings in that area

We loved this inn, in a beautiful old Victorian on the edge of Forsyth park. The park itself is one of the most wonderful city parks we have seen-- it is worth the extra money to have such a great amenity literally right across the street. In addition, the location right on the DOT shuttle line made it so easy to get around Savannah - we only rented a car for one day to go out to Tybee Island. The porch -- just fabulous, for breakfast or chatting with guests at the happy hour. The room we had was a little small, but fine -- very comfortable bed. OH, and the breakfasts were delicious - we got to enjoy them for four days - every day was special.
For the price, I thought the room was a little small, and the bathroom could be updated. There was not much room to put clothes away, like a dresser, and the closet was tiny.

Breakfast were lovely! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Street parking was easy and safe. Location by the park was WONDERFUL - especially on a Saturday with the farmers market.
The shower/tub in our room was very old fashion which looked cool but hard to manage and borderline scary to maneuver.

All staff was friendly and helpful... they went beyond what was expected.
The breakfasts were excellent.... so so delicious. It was beautiful sitting out on the piazza looking down at a beautiful view of Forsythe Park. The room was spacious and comfortable yet very unique. It was elegantly decorated to suit the age of the home.
Snacks in the late afternoon and dessert, coffee and tea in the evenings etc was readily available. It was great to have sweet tea and ice water available at all times.
The location was perfect. It was a nice walk to all the sites, shopping and restaurants. The squares and Forsythe Park was gorgeous.
Our stay was so good we will be back. We can't wait.
The mattress probably needs updating soon. Everything else was wonderful and exceeded all expectations. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

the location is perfect! love the architecture and original features absolutely beautiful love the front porch for breakfast and coffee or in the evening. the bed was very comfortable. DeWayne was exceptional super nice and Johnny on the spot for anything we needed. Gary is super nice and fun to be around however lacked follow through on 3 different requests.
Gary never called back or checked back on 3 different occasions he said he would check on a request and call back in a few minutes or get something for us in the restaurant and we never heard back.

Simply outstanding. Remodeled historical house. Five stars breakfast, tea and snacks served at 5, evening home made cakes at 8PM. View to the park. Bravo!
Really nothing. one need to understand houses need to stay true to their original shape and details. so single windows might not be a sound proof as double glass modern windows. Not a problem especially as our room was perfectly maintained.
