Location
The water faucet in bedroom is designed poorly. Unclean. Worst water spout I have ever seen. TV remote did not work. Had to call for new one. Breakfast not good.

We booked is room for the bachelor night and the staff was very friendly and the room was big. It was a comfortable bed and very clean.

We stayed at La Quinta for our wedding and we have really enjoyed it. The staff was very nice and even upgraded us for a Suite with a couch, so we had more space for our luggage. The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!
The pool area could have a little update with the chairs. The breakfast was standard american. As an European you are not used to have plastic plates and plastic silverware.

Günstige Übernachtung auf unserer Durchreise, bequeme Betten
Es war leider nicht sauber ( staubige Ecken, Haare im Bad) und das Personal nicht besonders freundlich. Plastikgeschirr beim Frühstück.

Great location, large room, very clean
The bed was alttle firmer than I like, but that's just a personal preference

Manager was very nice and accommodating to our requests.
Breakfast was good, enjoyed hot food.
Location good, nice part of Lubbock.
Issues: 1st room, ceiling damage. 2nd room: Needs paint touchups/curtain reset on rod.
Hand-written please tip note on a can in the serving area.
During breakfast a preteen girl was laying down on the sofa in the dining area with her phone playing loudly. Have no idea where parents were unless she was an employee's daughter.
A messy cluttered cart sat to the side at reception desk including a Clorox cleaner bottlle also there the next day. IMO, It should be behind the wall not in front of guests.
There appeared to be a broken down black car parked at the entrance just outside the portico. It was there the entire time of our stay.

Amazing stay for the price literally unbeatable value!

The property in general was excellent.
I went to La Quinta South by mistake and the front desk person there was rude.

The property was nice. The rooms were not cleaned towels were not changed out. Christine was rude when we decided to check out early.
Christine was very rude and tried to tell us we couldn’t check out early. We just needed to head out early and tried to explain this to her and she said well you can’t get your money back. We let her know we were only trying to check out early to let them know that we were done with the rooms. Very rude and condescending.

The motel was very close to the Apex Center where we were attending a tournament. Lots of food choices and shopping near by.

Location
There was NO SOAP in the hotel! We suggested they check unoccupied rooms (only about 30 rooms were occupied, according to the staff on duty). No, he checked with housekeeping. Perhaps they should’ve gone to the nearby Dollar Store to purchase some? Also, the bathroom door was almost impossible to move, as it was stuck open. The bottom of the door was jammed on the floor. The grossest part of the bathroom was the sink’s drain hole was almost closed up and crusty with ???? who knows, rusty water deposits? We stuffed it with a Kleenex so we wouldn’t have to see it.

Area was fine
Past 10:00 at night, I had a water leak coming from light fixture ceiling in bathroom coming from room above me. I drove 8 hours that day to get there and was so tired and had a migraine. However front desk was able to stop the leak. We were moved to another room the next day. Front desk asked why we didn’t move that night. My question is why was there a leak to begin with?
Don’t ask a customer why they didn’t move that night. That’s very rude. Also, website says there is Landry in hotel. Went to wash clothes to find out washer doesn’t work. There was no sign saying it didn’t work. Upper management took me to next door hotel which was walking distance to wash my clothes, however he failed to mention I had to pay. Also phone didn’t work to call room service in my room. Also, when I was moved to another room it had ceiling leaks as well. Upon checking out I list my concerns to lady at front, which she expressed she she couldn’t basically do anything because I booked hotel through a 3rd party. I paid for service that was lousy regardless of it was 3rd party or not. I didn’t stay there for free.
Hotel needs to put money back into hotel and get things fixed. Treat all customers the same regardless of they so called received a discount. Some money is better than no money.

Great experience. Tea, fruit and bagels were good. Room was clean and well designed. Thank you!
Butter with bagel would be appreciated.
Yogurt with cereal would be nice for a vegan option.

Was very impressed with the quality of the facility and room.

The staff were ALL SOO HELPFUL. My daughter and I are both on walkers and the staff assisted us with our luggage checking in with Josh and checking out with another gentleman ( can’t remember good name)
The beds are too high for disabled persons. They need to be shorter or offer step stools.

The room was clean and spacious. The shower water pressure was amazing! And the ceiling fan was a bonus!!
The bed was too hard for me, but my husband loved it.

Good looking Hotel and is clean
The first look at the Hotel is impressive but it needs a lot of maintenance for such a new Hotel. The bath floor tiles are loose. Ceiling shows signs of leaks and lobby floods because of improper drainage and grade. The hotel owners must know about this but obviously don’t care. Our reception was rude at best and I believe that could be because of tremendous stress from customer complaints. Very impressive hotel too bad it’s mismanaged

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Even took interest in us being there for our daughters wedding.
The only thing I didn’t like was we were there for 3 days and the breakfast was the same every morning.

Pool looked better on the site than in real life.

The location was nice. Close to lots of restaurants.
The bed was uncomfortable, and bathroom had lots of hair on the floor and shower curtain had stains.

Day manager Christina was especially friendly and accommodating. And I appreciated that the staff continually cleaned and refilled during the breakfast.
Can’t think of anything I would have changed. We had no “view” outside our window, but it made no difference to us.
