First time in Butte. Fine place to stay. Interesting town.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility and room was perfectly fine. Was planning on an AM dash an hour or so away before flight - lady at desk helpful and cautioned against ice buildup in shadowed roads on my route. Decided to postpone due tight timeframe. Local knowledge freely given.

Honestly in the middle of COVID they seem to be doing their best. No complaints.

Nice location. Quietly. Asked for blankets instead of comforters. They brought them up very quickly. Nice and quiet AC.

It was ok, I stayed at a Super 8 was half the price and equally as nice with a nice breakfast.

The breakfast was really outstanding and lots of variety and places to sit and enjoy. Air conditioner was nice and cold.

There was only one chair in the room by the computer desk with no lamp, and a Hasek to sit on . No table and chair area. to eat at. Check out system and deposit holds on your card is the main issue. To this date I still have not received my deposit money back on my card even though I paid in full with my American Express. This is a huge issue as even your corporate accounting customer service says they already reversed it and my other card company says they haven't received anything from the merchant. they each blame each other but the bottom line is I don't have my money. This needs to be explained at the time of check in..use the card for deposit that you are using to pay with not 2 separate cards. Apparently there is a 7 day hold for the deposit that would have been useful information even though my bill is paid in full. The desk clerk tried to help but all she could do was to give me numbers to the corporate office which they said they couldn't do anything about it. Very disappointing. playing the blame game didn't help me at all.

Disappointing

We liked the pool. We liked how big the room was for the price. The front desk lady, Jeri, was very nice and understanding.

We were excited for the bunk beds in the kids' room but were informed when we arrived that they were broken. The bathroom sink was dirty, and half the towels weren't stocked. There was an open bar of soap (guessing from the last person who used the room). A big thing of sour cream left in the fridge and remnence of pretzel on the floor in the main bedroom. Also the curtains don't close so the street lights shine in your face all night.

Great Clean Room

clean room and bathroom. king suite on first floor was great and spacious. window in the lounge area of room wouldn’t close all the way. I had to notify the front desk. next thing I knew two employees were climbing on the windowsill and furniture trying to slam the window shut.

Great place to stay, close to main attractions, and plenty of eating options very close by,

We checked in late, the front desk personnel was very friendly, attentive and she upgraded us to a little nicer room. We showed up in the morning for a outstanding breakfast, and the one staff member was going above and beyond helping a families kids enjoy their stay in every way she could, I wish I got her name, cause she was good.

Hotel was great and staff was friendly.

Breakfast was good with plenty of selection. Location was easy to get to and there were great restaurants in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

It was nice

The pool was nice and available 24/7. The staff in the morning, during breakfast was phenomenal!! Huge shower and big bathroom

The beds pillows smelled like they had not been washed. I could hear other guests and the water in the shower was not very hot.
