The scenery was very beautiful and serene.
It was very difficult to find. I tried to call the place ahead of time to let them know what time we would be there but no answer so I left a message stating what time we would be there, When you put the address in Google maps you will eventually be on a highway in the middle of no where when it tells you that you have arrived. We looked around again and finally saw a small faded out sign that says the name of the place. We looked around again and finally saw the house way down a long dirt road. We then notice a couple of gates and one of them was clearly marked as Do Not Enter and No Trespassing. By process of elimination we saw the right gate (no sign for the place) which you may or may not have to open. When we finally got to the front door I rang the doorbell and knocked on the door several times. We stood there for about 5 minutes waiting so I started looking on my phone for the number of the place to call again when finally the owner answered the door. She stood there looking at us like we were at the wrong place but after a couple of awkward moments she finally acknowledged that we were at the right place. We went to our car and got our bags and went back to the door. We were standing there with our luggage, very tired from the drive hoping to be shown to our room so we could put our bags in it. She then proceeded to ask us several personal questions while we are still hoping to be shown our room. Eventually we were finally able to get to our room and able to set our luggage down. She then gave us a tour of the house which was pretty nice and she then asked if we wanted a cup of coffee. She asked if we wanted hot or cold coffee and we said hot. Then we were each handed a half a cup of cold coffee. Eventually she asked what time we wanted breakfast. We wanted to sleep in a little bit so we said 9:30 but she said that was to late so we agreed on 9:00. When we woke up a little before 9:00 we went upstairs to have breakfast.

The view
The driveway was about a mile long filled with huge holes and large rocks. Horrible. When asked for the wifi password, host said "what's it worth to you?" Joke? Maybe. Breakfast was a hockey puck looking scone. Warm raspberries with a brown goo. Must have sat there overnight. Inedible. We asked for early coffee. Host didnt want to get up to make early coffee. We said we would make it or at least turn it on. It was so weak, like dishwater. Luckily I had my own sweetener. Lots of bugs around. No AC. No fans. Temp was in the 90s. Was told room would have King size bed. No it was a Queen even tho host said it was a king twice and again while looking directly at the bed. Bedding was very old, worn and so outdated. Pillows were flat and awful. Could not turn around in shower, so tiny. One set of old worn towels for 2 days. $140.00 a night was outrageous in my opinion. I was so disappointed. We arrived later in the day. In a remote area of Montana. Impossible to find another place. I dont think the host gives a hoot about having a BnB, just her dog and horses.
