The stay was terrible.

There was no breakfast, nor was there all day access to the ice machine. The management told me not to use any of the booking apps because it costs more. Which I found was not true. I was there from June 30th until July 31st. Every week the price went higher. For six days I was charged $389 and then for seven days it went to $420 and the rates for the weekends was $75 a day. I checked out twice. They charge a $5 deposit for the key and remote. On the 17th of June I paid $420 for a week then on the 19th or 20th I paid another $220 for an extra three days which should have put me checking out on Wednesday. Came that Wednesday I paid another $420 for a week which should have put me till the next Wednesday. Those rooms are not worth the amount being charged. Especially when they don't clean them until you check out. There is furniture in the rooms that is duck taped up. The sheets are never changed. For the first two weeks the same sheets was on the bed that was on there when I checked in. No coffee machines nor hair dryers in the rooms, the microwave is out dated and the mini fridge is falling apart. The freezer part is laying on the shelf in the fridge. Will never stay there again. Especially since the father can be heard constantly yelling at the live in help.

They were some what friendly at the desk!! A lot of people roaming around the parking lot all night!!!

The room smelled like cigarettes, when you shut the door light and cool air came in the room. A lot of empty beer bottles on the window ledge outside my room!! I was scared all night long.. Couldn't sleep very unsafe and dirty!!

I will not be staying there again!

Nothing in the room telling you places to eat or places that would deliver. The room itself was "clean" except the tile floor was sticky as if the floor wasn't rinsed after mopping. The bathroom door did not close. I did not feel safe outside after dark. The staff at check in was polite, but when I went to the office two other times it was a older gentleman who did not greet you with a smile. When I went to check out (because I had to return the key and TV remote or be charged) the same older gentleman came to the window again and I received the same "cool" treatment!! I will NOT be staying there again.

It was ok for the few hours we were there, but won't be staying there again

It was located in a sketchy part of town, the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean, but the whole room needs updated and really cleaned. Walls need wiped down, furniture needs pulled out and swept behind and the whole bathroom needs updated.

It wasn’t terrible but I would not recommend at All

They could t even find my reservation and I ended up paying 25 dollars more than the reservation stated. When they say budget in the name THEY MEAN IT. Everything was dirty and my partner even tried to get our money back cuz some guy kept coming to our room but the refused and pointed to the sign where it said we only had 15 minutes after paying to decide if we wanted a refund.
