We had used this hotel before and it has gone down hill dramatically. It needs a thorough cleaning.

Location was the reason I chose this property and the former reputation of Towne Place suites

We were given a handicap access room which I do not prefer. The room was not clean as the carpets were dirty, smudges on the surfaces and the bathroom was dirty as well. The breakfast choices were poor as the egg sandwich was tasteless and greasy,

Totally disappointed with Marriott Hotels. Never had such a uncomfortable stay in a hotel room.

The breakfast was very good and nice. The best thing about the stay. The location was good right off the interstate.

The furnishings in the room were old and in very poor condition. Everything about the bedroom was so bad it was creepy. The price we paid was absolutely robbery.

Our room was ok, but seems to have had more wear and tear than we are used to. Stains on sofa and a sticky spot on carpet. I love this chain, but this isn't my favorite location.

great stay at a wonderful hotel

very friendly staff. i had a bit of trouble finding it and one of the ladies was very patient and kind. the hotel was wonderful, clean, comfy and a great experience.

Housekeeping only, if you order it, on the second Day, housekeeping much to late and after questioning at 5 pm, breakfest with a small choice of items

Very nice room in a great location for Mercer University activities. Excellent & very helpful staff.

I only stayed 2 nights. I expected that the room would be cleaned after the 1st night, however it was not. Someone told me this was the "new way" after Covid & cleaning only occurs between different visitors, not every day. I did not ask the staff about it because I did not really care.

Breakfast was great but what pleased us the most is that we delayed our trip by two days due to weather and Carol at the front desk was wonderful and took care of our new booking.

Room was dirty, bathroom sink, walls and doors were dirty, room temperature was either too hot or too cold - I set the thermostat at 75 and it would go up and down

The staff is always very professional and accommodating. The room was very clean. I always stay at this hotel due to the staff and the location. My daughter is a student at Mercer University.

A little expensive with pet fee. I don't think you should be charged a pet fee unless they ruin your property. Which of course, mine did not

Overall a fantastic stay! The staff really made it a 10!

The location was perfect for our visit but I would really like to highlight the staff. They were by far the friendliest and most helpful staff I have encountered before. They were very outgoing, positive and seemed like they loved their jobs. We will definitely return to this property and would highly recommend.

The rate was more than we typically pay.
