My husband and I always stay at this Marriott we love it there the place is clean and the rooms are very comfortable
The only this i didn’t like this time the cleaners did not do a good job they didn’t clean the room properly the bathroom was out of body wash and soap the food we order was not good so it was just a bit off this time however I’m going back there this weekend so let’s see and also it under renovations for breakfast so it’s not what we use too

Very nice and mostly clean and together, great mattress

the location to downtown was perfect. Not walking due to crossing a highway but perfect otherwise.
3.5
The room was clean and a good size. There was a restaurant and bar, but we didn’t use them.
Good fitness centre, and we had welcome drinks one night which was lovely.
The name is deceptive- it isn’t in the city centre- walkable- about 20 minutes but not a pleasant walk. The furniture in the room needs improvement. The chair had the faux leather peeling off. The base of the bed had big areas of threads hanging off. Small things here could make a big difference.
5.0
The closeness of the coliseum. walk out the door turn left and you are there.

We have been fortunate to have traveled to all continents excepting Antarctica; having trouble with our reservation through Booking.com the lead management person (Rachelle) at the front desk got us squared away. We are forever grateful. We have used Booking.com for years. I’m done with them forever. I was cut off FOUR times when using their customer service number. I’m sick and tired of not understanding their South Korean personnel. Going forward I’m going to book directly through the property—I did so today.

There were no towels, wash cloths, tissue in our room when we got in there.

if you are going to an even at the the colosseum, this is a great place to stay!!!! the bar and restaurant had great , fast service.
there were no cups in the room…no soap for the sink and no handle on the shower door.
we were hanging out in the patio area late at night, there was an employee also outside…and the night manager told us we had to come in because we could get mugged being out there that late!!
5.0
The fact that I have to pay more for parking
1.5
The location was close to the hospital we took our daughter.
The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 6:30. No warning before arrival and check-in was scheduled for 4.
We had to chase down housekeeping for appropriate amount of towels since there were only two in the room and the reservation was made for three people. There were also several shower items not in room and check-in. We were told by the front desk that they did not have the bar soap, shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner that comes standard with the room. One of the staff members finally found one bottle of each and one bar of soap. We were told that it was the last of everything they had.

The staff was outstanding. Everyone we came in contact with from the front desk, bar, restaurant and cleaning staff were extremely friendly.

Short staff, we know it is happening everywhere, but had to wait for most services. Staff was very friendly.
1.0
The convenience of being close to the event
Marriott did not have my reservation and there was a 2 hour wait to get into my room and they had no keys!
1.5
just the location
The air conditioning was out of order and we changed the room, and after we changed it and my family slept, the floor was damp and damp. One of the slippers was wet and did not dry out.
, I was ashamed of the area and the hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was a failure and I will not repeat it, but the evening staff were friendly and welcomed me and smiled and were not as harsh as the morning period.
4.0
beautiful interior. well kept.
at this level there needs to be more hospitality such as free coffee and water with lemons etc in lobby in am. only having the option to buy lukewarm Starbucks from a carafe at the mini Starbucks seemed like nickel-and-diming.
5.0
best sleep ever beds are amazing
I loved everything
0.5
nothing
unsafe area, AC did not work, dogs barking at 6am
