Very good

I like that there’s is several things to do not just one pool. Has 2 pools, lazy river hot tub and kid park and not a far walk to the beach.

Pool water is very cold. Couldn’t stay in but a few minutes because it was so cold. They need heated pools.

Awesome place to stay!!!

The view! The location! How friendly The staff was! Clean.... very clean!

It wasn't on your end, it was just crowded with 12 women and all the luggage.

Beautiful Beach and Ocean view. Good location. Light traffic on beach. Pools were fun and warm. Poolside grill had great food. Fast elevators!

Our room had a dirty floor upon arrival. One of the bathrooms stunk and had dirty shower. Access point to our door was dirty and wet. Filthy couch in our condo. Kid splash pad was freezing, not heated.

Great place for kids but don't expect a smile

Location was great, the facilities were great, pools were great but a little crowded

The staff was not very friendly especially one lady was down right rude! None of the staff were nice or even smiling . The hot tub stayed packed with way more people than allowed and there were bunches of kids. There were times when there was no staff to be found.

We had a great experience on our first trip to Florida. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean

The location was great. Minutes from my destinations including a small airport. It was very clean. It has a pool side bar which was great. Kid friendly with pools and splash play equipment.

Nothing bad to say. Only thing was my dryer didn't work but they responded in timely manner in an attempt to fix it.

over all it was a wonderful stay we where all very happy love the location and the splash pads and pools

love the view and the location very kid friendly

there was some mold in the showers and the lack of cleaning supplies you travel all the way there and stay for a whole week and then have to go out and buy trash bags and dish soap and toilet paper before the end of the week.

Condo needs a lot of repairs, but would probably stay again but not in this unit.

Loved the location and the kids loved the water park and pools! Food and staff at Riptide Grill were great!

Remotes to both TV ‘s were worn out and only worked occasionally. They need to be replaced. Faucet in kitchen loose and needs repaired. The dishwasher was missing the rollers for the racks , so it was hard to load and unload the dishwasher. Washer and Dryer combo worn out. It made loud noises and the dry just stopped working all together, so now I have a bunch of wet clothes and no where to dry them, since we leave in the morning.

Perfect location - nice staff, great pools and shaded waterpark

Shaded Waterpark is awesome. Beach is spectacular. Ghost crab hunting at night with kids spectacular.

Very good

Easy access to the beach and the view. The room was a perfect size and the pictures online were true to size and were not misleading!

The elevator was really slow all day. There is not a arcade even tho the website said there was. The kids splash pad was a lot smaller than the pictures online. It was very disappointing. The adults only hot tub was not only adults the entire stay.

I liked the room and location and facilities.

The security guard was looking in peoples bags while they was in the pool. Also, it is advertised as having an adult only pool and that was false with there being so many kids in both pools it was hard to find a time where I wasn't being surrounded by little ones.

My stay was awesome! I’ll be coming back there on my next trip to Panama.

property was very clean and comfortable! Easy access to your car! I loved my stay.

I didn’t like when we got there our first day, we seen several signs saying we needed a parking pass and wrist band but we didn’t know where to get it. We found out we supposed to got it from the gift shop but they was closed until the next day. Good thing is, the security guard advise us we can park in the deck without the parking pass until the next morning. Also the security guard also helped me locate my room. He was very nice, patient and helpful.
