Comfortable and cozy
Breakfast was a little small. You get a little basket with a tiny yogurt, fruit, and
a very small pastry.

The room was exceptionally clean. The innkeeper was a pleasure to chat with.
Breakfast was not breakfast……. It was fruit and yogurt.

A little loud street

This is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Not a speck of dust, super clean.

The hostess Claudia was wonderful. She was conversational, friendly, and helpful. She respected our privacy and gave us great tips about restaurants and nearby attractions. The facilities were homey and comfortable.
The only change I’d recommend is to offer breakfast yogurt not containing sugar substitutes. Otherwise the breakfasts were fine!
4.5
It was very nice, with freshly baked scones every morning, fresh fruit, granola, and yogurt. The breakfast was available to eat at the dining room or bring up to our room.
Nothing.

Where to start? Everything. To be more specific our initial impression upon arriving at the property was the beautiful garden that surrounds the Inn. It is obviously well taken care of & is so welcoming before you even get to the front door.
Claudia (the Innkeeper) greeted us at the front door & it was instantly like being welcomed in by an old friend. We enjoyed chatting with her and learning about the Inn & the beautiful garden. Her presence is inviting but not overbearing or awkward. She immediately gave us a tour, showed us to our room. She was there as we came & went but it was never uncomfortable. This was our first time staying at a B&B and it won’t be our last.
The breakfast was perfect in size & the coffee was amazing.
Our room was perfect. We were in the Rose Room & it was decorated so beautifully. The bed was so comfortable & the sitting area in our room was perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. I can go on & on but I’ll stop here.
That we couldn’t stay forever.

location
It’s just a house on the street corner. Good pictures posted, not anything close to what one expects in a Boutiquue hotel or a nice B&B

The inn and our room were charming, the innkeeper very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was very nice. Although our room faced a road with a decent amount of traffic, it was very quiet. The location was good, only two blocks from the Embarcadero.
It was chilly in the morning as the heat was not working but that was no one’s fault.

Lovely property close to everything. You are like a welcome guest at a friend's home.
I wish the bed was a king because my husband is a bed hog!

Quiet, comfortable room with a wonderful innkeeper.

A perfect B & B. Room was gorgeous and so clean. Bed was exceptionally comfortable (latex mattress). Our innkeeper, Claudia was just terrific. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

The room was very cozy and clean. It's a nice place to relax.

The breakfast basket was nice. The room decor was cozy. Bathroom well stocked with necessities. Great hair dryer too.. not the tiny cheap ones you get at big hotels.
No fans in the room.. it was a warm weekend. There was a mouse trap in visible sight.

- Second visit to this hotel and it is still exceptional!
- Nice to see coffee maker added to the room!
- Also liked new carpet in the room, nice and soft!
- Same as last time there are cool decorations in the hotel and great view from the window!
- And we were glad to meet the owner!
- Not a lot to complain, last time I said there's no kettle in the room - this time there was a coffee maker, so it's fixed.
- Bad was still a bit too soft for my preference and also bed is a bit squeaky.

close to the water front. large bedroom
was missing shampoo and either decaf coffee or tea in the morning

large room. clean. new carpeting, nice sheets and towels. convenient location. nice breeze from the windows in the front room.
I believe the bed is bowing and mattress softer. it squeaks. maybe it’s time to replace it with a sturdier bed set.

This place is such a gem. the lady that owns it, Claudia, is amazing! she is so nice and sweet and is so accommodating. Our room was called Dockside and it was decorated nautical themed and very clean. The breakfast was good. A basket was on the dining table with our little card and we got fresh scones/muffins/bakery treats, yogurt, granola, fresh fruit and coffee pods for the coffee maker in our room. we absolutely loved this place!
Nothing that I can think of
