Central location. Easy access to Bellevue Square and restaurants options. BF met our expectation
There is a hole in my bed, unacceptable.
Staff charged us for BF although we booked a room including BF.
4.5 / 5.0
Very clean and modern with friendly staff.
The building had no parking only valet parking and charged us extra to park where we are staying.

No-fabric furniture
Windows don’t open; no closet (lived for 10 days out of a suitcase); poor breakfast; some of the staff didn’t know what they were doing

Very clean and modern. StFd was kind and always in a good mood. Breakfast was excellent every morning.
Pillows were not great. They were uncomfortable.

Good quality of room and facilities. Ultra Fast internet (if connected via ethernet).
Hotel is relatively close to Cheesecake Factory
A bit too expensive,
there is some construction area nearby, no noise and not visible from hotel, but walking around is not as nice as it could be. (Nothing hotel can do about it)

NOTHING...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ONE AREA RUINS THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.
When I made the reservations on Booking.com it said you could park at the hotel garage for $25. When I pulled in, the valet (young kid) said it was $50. When I asked if I could park in the garage, he said no that I had to use the valet at this property. I was with my daughter for her birthday and didn't want to make an issue of this in front of her. Then the next morning I noticed the $49 charge for valet parking. I looked up on Booking.com my reservation and it not only said $25 to park in their garage but that valet parking was $39. The next morning I went to the front desk and showed them a copy of my reservation on my phone where it said $25 to park. The employee barely even looked at my phone so I'm guessing he didn't even read it. I was blown away when he told me "he could see how I could misinterpret it". This is such horrible customer service on so many level....Just horrible. I don't even care about the $25 but it's the principle. No wonder the hotel was dead! The front desk said they were only at 20% capacity. No wonder.

location
Room was not available at check in time. Offered a room that I did not book.
4.5 / 5.0
Modern clean stylish retreat hotel in the city. The location was perfect for walking around the city.
The light switches in the hotel room were extremely confusing. I would turn all of them on and still some of the ceiling lights wouldn't turn on. Cute little labels on light switches might be helpful.

The hotel as a whole was nice. It was clean and the staff was friendly.
It was absolutely ridiculous that I had to call down to the front desk waiting for 10 minutes for someone to answer as I was trying to sleep and there was a party on the floor people running up and down the halls slamming doors well into the night. The parking is not $25 as it says on the website it’s valet only $39. The valet guy was really nice and comped the parking because it was my wedding night. The biggest issue was not getting any sleep after an extremely long day.

Location was great.
My room was just across the house keeping service employee's door.
I could clearly hear the noise generated from the employees were making constant in and out traffic, but the worst part is the door's metal knob made very very annoying clapping sound whenever the door was opened or closed. This was truely a nightmare. Please do not stay on room #242 which you will be suffered with the the nightmore noise all night long.

Clean, friendly staff and walking distance to the heart of Belllevue
2.0 / 5.0
The only thing I liked about the hotel was that it was clean overall.
There were two things that made it an uncomfortable stay: The first is about the constant buzz and noise that you are exposed while in the room, it never goes away and it comes from the outdated air conditioning and the lights of the room. The second most uncomfortable aspect was about the attitude of the receptionists; except for one tall guy who was extremely helpful (apologies that I can’t remember the name), rest of the staff were uncaring, a bit rude and from times to times ineffective.

We stayed for about 10 days, where we needed a convenient place to get into and out of in Bellevue, and this met expectations. Hotel is new, beds are comfortable, and price was reasonable.
One night the valet went AWOL (4th of July), which mean we wasted an hour or so before new crew arrived at 11pm, but hotel removed parking charge for that night (of course).

conveniently located.
Marriott are making a mess of their business. On checkin I was told they only service the room every 3 days. Excuse was Covid of course and lack of staff, all not my problem when I was paying $235 per night, I wasn’t happy to make my bed and clean my bathroom. Ridiculous
