Disappointing

We left a day early and are waiting for a refund

The fridge leaked all over the floor and all they did was leave a towel

Wouldn't stay longer than 1 night

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfy.

Doorknob yo room was broken. Almost unattached from door. Door looked as if it had been kicked in at some point. Walls had patched holes. Stinkbugs. Very outdated.

so OVERPRICED for what I got. the water is the shower reeked of sulfur, and tarnished my jewelry. the updates are minimal and sloppy. I feel like I got robbed.

Terrible should not be rated as even fair.

The facilities were right on route 20. They apparently house people who may be state funded and stay in facilities. The rooms were not the cleanest. It was noisy from street noice, and the couple who were living in the room next to us-fought and screamed at each other from 12:30 am until about 5:30 am. We called the motel front desk and emergency number, and no one answered. We knocked on the wall and said we were calling the police. The male who was in the fight finally drove away. We got no sleep.

The location was great.

The shower was filthy. We had to scrub it before getting in. The bathroom smelled like septic at all times. The water smelled and tasted horrible to the point you couldn't brush your teeth. The owners didn't do anything about it

It served our purpose, clean, convenient location but over priced

Newer clean bedding, updated wood floor and curtains. Nice refrigerator and TV. New tub.

Old motel with updates. The air conditioner was dirty, in the upper wall that blew over our heads and very loud. The water temperature changed when the shower was put on. Fluctuated between freezing and scalding. Not enough power outlets. Extension cords and power stripes running around the room. No Kleenex. Over priced for the accommodations, trying to keep up with other higher prices in town.

We were only there overnight so it served its purpose.

The location was good AC it was very clean.

The door into our room didn’t stay closed unless you locked it. There was a significant space along the bottom of the door and the front window has a large crack in it. So they get a poor score for making a guest feel as if they or their belongs are safe and secure.

It was fine for what we needed for us and pups while visiting family in Skaneateles

ALLOW PUPs to stay 😃, Close to Skaneateles, clean and family-owned by nice people. Nice retro tile in the bathroom.

The facilities are a bit dated, but fine if you’re looking for a clean and convenient motel. It was tricky to control the water temperature but we figured it out.

We stayed in the apartment. The location was great for our purposes. The apartment was spacious. It sleeps 3, not 4.

People hanging out on the benches smoking and chatting outside our room. Kind of noisy.

It was quiet and friendly staff

My door was broken at the bottom, made worse after a storm (hopefully) or someone tried to kick it in. I was stuck in my room one day because the door jamb was broken, I was able to finally get it open, but the door was worse afterwards. I did let the front desk staff know.
