Location, size of the cabin, responsive management on site.
No network tv, no hooks to hang coats on, one hanger per bedroom, and minimal silverware and dishes.

The location was beautiful and the cabin was cute
The cabin needs blinds on the windows. Had several cobwebs around.

The location is in beautiful Vallecito. Quiet and serene with a beautiful lake! Our cabin was well equipped and very clean. I loved the honest open door policy to renew items needed in our cabin. Staff is is friendly and informative. We plan to come back in the near future!
Absolutely no complaints!

The village, the location, the back patio deck over the river, the look and feel of the cabin. We were posting pics to our Facebook account and we gave your info to a couple friends who wanted to book the exact cabin in the future. We would definitely stay here again.
I am over 6 feet tall; the furniture and furnishings were for much shorter adults. LOL! The couch was comfortable but very low. The bathroom sinks and mirrors were very low, and the shower head.
The front porch light was very very dim at night; more like a glow stick. It made it very difficult coming home at night. Couldn't see the pathway to and up the stairs or the door lock to access the cabin. Potential safety hazard. I highly suggest installing a more modern porchlight to increase the visibility of the pathway and stairs leading up to the doorway.

It was a lovely large cabin not far from the lake and river
The cabin didn't have some expected amenities such as a blow dryer or lights in the back seating area

Convenient location. Friendly host. Good water pressure and hot water. Outside space was nice. Lots of trees. Deer seen on property. We played horseshoes and on the swing set.
There was no wifi. They give you a password but it is not enough. Unable to make calls.

I loved the cottages they were cute and relaxing. I loved the wood burning stove and the activities they had
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I didn't like that there was no staff in the office at all.. the tv/cable didn't work

There was no breakfast, but everything was very comfortable and warm, the beds were clean. There was cable and VHS movies to borrow in the main office.
The WiFi didn’t reach our cabin so we had to go outside to use it. The cabin smelled like old cigarette smoke and liquor. The couch and chairs were stained and so was the carpet. The cabinets in the kitchen were covered in sticky dust. The burners weren’t working right, the front left one wouldn’t turn down so we just cooked on high. And the back left one wouldn’t turn on. None of the windows locked and the front door was very lightweight and flimsy.

Location was good.
Lots of beds and 4 bathrooms was great.
Fully equipped kitchen was very nice.
Toilet was loose and shaky.
Water pressure was very low.
Beds were hard.
