The location was great. I liked the plaza in front, the mexican restaurant was very good. There are quite a few places within walking distance and you're a short walk across the street from the beach.

It was walking distance to the beach. Nice kitchen to cook in. Provided laundry detergent to wash clothes.
There wasn’t any Wi-Fi so we couldn’t use our computer or connect to things like Netflix.

We absolutely loved the fact our back patio area was right up against the lagoon, it made for many relaxing, peaceful moments outside our condo. We really enjoyed the vicinity of the beach. Being able to walk to beach acceses 23 & 24 quite easily, with a locking pin code gate shortcut on the side of the property is greatly appreciated
We never did find the pool. And I would describe the construction as a little more than minor. There seemed to be a significant roofing project going on, on nearly every villa rooftop. The live in worker next door was using loud saws and power tools out back on his patio. Luckily, we had things planned to do so none of that interrupted us. All in all we were very happy with our stay.

It was walking distance to beach, restaurants, and bars. The pool was nice however no signs to show you were pool was located.
TV did not work the entire time we were there and I was provided a $50 credit. I have two boys and not having a TV was something they were not use to TV. Room were missing blinds and bathrooms were nasty. My 9 year old said he think this room is trash and he didn't want to stay here. There were no updates done to Inn St Thomas which is sad.

Great location.
Property in poor repair.

Walking distance to the beach. Just across the street.
All of the televisions would not connect to the wifi. Didn't have cable any. Call three times for maintenance they never came. Problem was never resolved by phone. This was very upsetting due to having small children trying to keep them entertained. First an last for everything an this is one place i will not rent again.😡😤

We cooked some meals in the condo, very comfortable surroundings, clean, quiet at night, had all cooking utensils needed, all kitchen nessessities available. Very reasonable, nice place to rent, 5 min.walk to the beach, walking distance to basically everything. Highly recommended.
Men working in upstairs unit above ours, very noisy, they disconnected TV cable, so we didn't have a TV to watch, very annoyed! and the metal patio table with chairs, all rusted...Minor issues such as one burner on stove didn't work, and a leak under the sink. Everything else, good

The condo had roaches. No hair dryer. No cable and the shower was stopped up.

tv didn't work, was told by a neighbor that they didn't have xfinity. that's for a while. couldn't watch ncaa tourney at all. wasn't very happy about tv

It was quiet.
Considering we had to pay a cleaning fee, we expected clean. The floors had not been vacuuming or washed. Every day big cockroaches were scurrying about. Kitchen was grimy. This place could use a real clean! And some updating.

Great view from back patio.
It was very unclear how to find the unit. Buildings are not marked and you cant see the unit number from the parking lot. We got there at 11pm and wandered around the property trying to locate our unit for 30 minutes
