Great location but owners need to hire a new cleaning crew and update unit

The location of the condo was perfect - near great restaurants and activities

The condo was not clean and needs a serious update. I do understand you pay for what you get but I do expect a clean condo at arrival - tile floors were sticky, carpet was seriously dirty, furniture had stains and burnt holes, shower curtain had mildew all over it. You can barely see out of most of the windows.. they have a fog look because the gasket broke or they are extremely dirty. I did receive a refund for the cleaning fee , but once again, I rather have a clean environment.

Overall, I would not recommend staying.

The location

The place was very disappointing, the kitchen and floors were not clean. There was a sign no shoes but the floor hadn’t been cleaned, the carpet was dirty and the non carpet areas dusty. The balcony hadn’t been cleaned either. We had to re wash the cups before use as they put into the cupboard dirty. There were stains on the pullout mattress

The extra stuff I paid for with my room. 150.00 + 23.00= towing fee and urber.

The 150.00 tow fee. All because I did not have the date I was leaving on my car pass. Needless to say I abd my daughter and grandson had to get a urber to take us to the towing place to get my car. Which had a warning ticket from that morning on it, which we did not see, because we walked to the beach. Did not even know about this, until we went out to go out to eat and my car is gone. The person in the office there at the property was a rude woman with no compassion. I will not refer this place to my family and friends. Maybe my enemies.

great location

Old room that needs to be updated. They’re infested with roaches I woke up in the middle of the night and they was everywhere. On my last evening of stay the staff pretended as if they couldn’t pull my reservation so they couldn’t accommodate my issue.

Love the area and the location.

Good communication on the way on how to and when the room was available. The whole quarter was in good condition. Note: Laza's has excellent breakfast but prices.

Note: consider exterminating to get rid of bag worm hanging in the corners of the bath room and kitchen.

Very small short toilets. Not allowed not more than one vehicle. Can't back up to the side walk. Nobody there for representation. If there was no one was aware.

We were very disapointed

there was no breakfast

We ask for a beachfront unit. We were told by the literature the beach was 150 ft away. not even close We won"t be staying there again We ask for a non smoking unit- cigerette burns in the carpet and the bathroom vanity had burns on it. unitr smelled of cigerette smoke

It was a very nice place.

I liked the location of the property and the ease of getting to places for entertainment and the beach. I also like the gated community aspect of the property.

We killed 3 roach bugs while on our stay. Two in the living room and one in the kitchen.

The size of the apartment for the money was exceptional!

A little outdated appliances, the turntable in the microwave was broken, sometimes the kitchen light worked sometimes it didn't. No broom, belt was broken on the vacuum, no TV cable.

I really liked the location and walkability of the property,

The location and the host coming to check on the room right before we were scheduled to arrive.

On the inside of the bathroom door there was what looked like puke stains on the bottom half of the door. Honestly until we closed the bathroom door from the inside you couldn't see it so I would understand how a cleaning person might miss it. Other than that the place was great.

Thomas Drive Unit 1203

The unit has good spacing and it is big. It also counts will all amenities of dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer.

The internet was not working, the unit was dusty and the location is noisy.

Location was really the only thing to like about it.

There were roaches and I have pictures to prove it. The couch cushions smelled of mildew and half of the appliances didn’t work. There were baby roaches crawling around so we are going to have to deep clean and sanitize our things when we get home. There were roaches crawling on the toilet and going in the cracks underneath. We pulled a pizza box out of the refrigerator, which had a roach crawling on it. None of the glasses that were provided were clean, we had to clean them ourselves from the jump. I tried to look past all of it until the roaches which I cannot look past. We will be contacting the health department and would at LEAST like a refund for the cleaning fee charged since this property was NOT clean.

Was nice place.I enjoyed myself. I was safe . Was clean for what it was. Furniture needed throwing away. Bed was clean except pillowcases

Tv got one channel. Couch was not even able to sit might as well sleep on. Hot spot for partying. Very loud. Not family friendly. Couldn’t sleep wild. Police all night on both nights patrolling cross road bar. Never could find pool. No pictures bc I’m not bashing this place in no sense. Was not awful just not for me. Would I recommend yeah to a young person looking to party. The best spot. But not for a 39 year old with a 17 year daughter.

Would not stay again.

It's right across from the beach with a pool and free parking.

We arrived to a dirty apartment. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the coffee pot had moldy friends in it, the floor has sand all over it, the bed had no sheets on it which is so strange and the couch bed is HORRIBLE! The metal wires stick out bad at the end so watch out if you have small ones but the mattress is maybe an inch thick and super super old. The property is not quite at night! You will hear EVERYTHING!
