Location great. Facilities great except problems with master toilet not cleaned and the master toilet water control float system failed and I could not repair it. So I turned off water valve. I left the property a day early; I did get reimbursed for the last day.
Cleanliness of the toilets is mandatory; fecal material splatter means it was not even looked by the cleaning crew!
Totally unacceptable. Door entry instructions were not clear on check-in instructions; it took several phone call until connected to a local Townsend contractor who solved the problem but it took 45 minutes.
With the master BR toilet failure I decided to leave since using downstairs BR was very inconvenient at my age.

I liked the seclusion of the cabin and the view was fair for the location. Over all it was a very nice cabin.
The only issues we had with the cabin is the fact that it had cock roaches. And they were everywhere. When we made the company aware, they told us thank you for choosing their cabin, sorry about the roaches. For $300 a night, I do not expect cock roaches. Had to leave my stuff outside in my trunk for over a week after returning home in fear that we would bring them home because there was infestation. Other than that, the cabin would have been perfect!

The horses in the field.
Where should I start? Thick dust everywhere, dead bugs in all the windows, shredded tissue in bedside table, upstairs shower dirty, coffee pot with coffee in it with mold on top of the coffee, old coffee grinds, kuerig reservoir crusted, couldn't get TV's to work, bathroom sinks, slow to drain, bugs crawling everywhere when we came in late. Dust under all the beds, dust thick on the ceiling fans.

It was a beautiful house with amazing views!
The TV remotes did not work in one or two bedrooms. We couldn't use the fireplace in the house. 🙁

The cabin was easy to find and there were no mountain roads to navigate. The cabin was clean and decorated nicely. Very quite area. We went to Cades Cove and traveled Rich Mountain Road back to cabin.
though no fault of the property owners, the mountain views were mostly obstructed by trees but still a beautiful place otherwise.

Nice quiet property with big yard. Fire pit, horse shoes, big wrap around porch, wonderful views.
Two beds only had fitted sheets and no top sheet. The hot tub had so many chemicals in it you needed to wear a respirator to enjoy it. I understand the need for sanitation, but it was way too much.

Such a beautiful home in a great location!
Wish the grass had been cut.

The property was immaculately clean and was very well supplied with all that we needed to enjoy a cabin weekend. The views were beautiful and it was a very peaceful location.
There was nothing that we didn’t like. The cabin was perfect for a complete get away type of vacation. My only comment would be that if you’re planning to be a tourist and go to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge this probably isn’t the place for you as it’s rather far and a serious mountain drive if you have motion sickness. Our family that joined us are already planning a trip back to stay at this cabin. We will bring all groceries and supplies we need to not have to leave the cabin for a long weekend. We look forward to the forces relaxation.

Super cute cabin perfect for our family of 5 and my in laws. They seriously had everything you would need extra blankets, toys and movies for the kids, lots of towels, fully stocked kitchen with glassware and plastic stuff for the kids. All the rooms have tv with cable beds all comfortable. Big water heater never ran out of hot water. Hot tub was clean and deck was adorable. And wow what a view the horses across the field were beautiful and my kids loved the wild turkeys. We saw a bear right down the road too!
Only complaint is my in laws and husband did not like the beds hey were a bit hard but oh can’t please everyone!!! It would be nice to have a few baby gates on hand for the stairs well fed bring one next time!
