Very quiet hotel in a beautiful place. Loved all the amenities. My son especially loved the basketball hoop in the pool. Great breakfast and the breakfast host was amazing. Very attentive and helpful. Comfy bed.
There was long black hair in our bathroom that wasn't cleaned up. The waffle maker didn't work great. Everyone was burning their waffles because it no longer beeped when finished cooking.

The lobby temperature was too warm.

Spacious, clean well lit rooms. Pretty lobby with seating by fireplace. Restaurant was convenient with good food, but out of Salmon. Should strike it from menu when not available. Great hot tub & pool, but overrun with non-guest, loud children. Not a relaxing moment to be had after a long day of hiking, which was disappointing. All staff encountered was friendly and helpful.
No elevator, only a two story building but still need access to elevator, after an ankle injury.

Lovely location. Decent restaurant on site. Great breakfast! Room was large, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were very nice. I left some things in the room and called hours later when I realized it - they had gathered them and offered to mail them to me.
No full length mirror in the room.

The staff was very professional and friendly. My laptop charger broke so I asked the young man at the front desk if he had a spare charger and he gave me his personal charger to use for the evening. That was the kindest thing he could do! I was very impressed that he would go that far to make sure I had what I needed.
The dinner we had at the restaurant inside the hotel was just okay and the quality of the lettuce for my salad, I could tell it was prepackaged and wilted a bit. I won't spend my money there again.

We love staying here every year! Joyce was amazing and helped us in any way we needed. We will for sure come back!
The pool always turns my Blondie boys hair green.

Very new and clean hotel with extremely comfy beds
The restaurant wasn’t at the same level as the rest of the hotel. Very friendly staff but evening meal was only average and fries were on the cold side. Waiter was very young (15?) and seemed like he lacked a bit of training but was clearly doing his best and very friendly. He didn’t take drinks orders until we asked and didn’t offer desserts. He also didn’t really have a clue what beer they served and beer was missing from the menu. With a bit more focus on the restaurant and adding beer list, size & prices to the menu this would have been an exceptional hotel for the area in all respects.

This is a nice place. Staff other than management are really nice and responsive. Newer construction, somewhat cold colors and decor. Very comfortable main bed. We also liked that, when we complained about the very uncomfortable sofa bed (tens of spiky springs), the staff immediately brought us replacement cushions, saving the second night.
When you pay three hundred fifty dollars for 2 nights, you expect the establishment to be customer satisfaction-oriented. Initial smileless check-in didn't seem welcoming by one of the ladies who appeared to be an owner or manager, and less so when our friendly wish and appeal to get an upper floor room was rejected thrice. Mind you, this is a place where you go to enjoy the views, not the big SUVs parked in front of your window, or see yourself forced to close the blinds because people walk inches from your window. The hotel seemed half-empty. We were told they preferred to concentrate all customers on the lower floor so that it was easier for the cleaning staff. Essentially, instead of customer-satisfaction, it appears to be a management comfort-oriented place.
We took the refusal in stride, but later discovered that there were at least a couple other customers that same night and the following two days on the upper floor. You must accept management decisions about their own property, but being deceived is something else. Not a nice feeling in a place where, you know, rural and everything, people are said to be nicer, and especially coming from a stay in nearby luxury yurts where, for basically the same price, we were treated amazingly.

Beautiful building. Room was nice and large. The beds were comfortable. The laundry room was very clean and convenient. The best part though was the employees. From the young man who is desk clerk, server at dinner and also cleans rooms, the lady who was doing laundry and came out to great us when the desk clerk had to step away, and of course the nice, helpful lady who oversaw breakfast. Everyone was just great!
Hot tub seemed over chlorinated, and wasn’t very hot. Indoor Pool was cold.
The cooling/heater in our room made all kinds of gurgling noises and racket. We just turned it off and did not complain.
