Great location for nature lovers who want to focus their time on CA coastal views

Very appreciative of Blanca's hospitality and attention. The house was super interesting and full of story and color. But there was a strong smell to it (maybe just from being an old house). Appreciated the location near the ocean and the good hikes. Breakfast was simple. A sweet place but not completely comfortable due to the smell.

Warm breakfast foods. By the rime I came down everything was cold but still being served. I had imagined it would be made to order (pancakes, waffles, eggs, etc). So I left Berakfat hungry nd luckily found a cute cafe nearby!

Fantastic location; safe and adorable and cosy and a home away from home.

Amazing location and kindest owners. Lovely, homey and cosy house. Very comfortable bed and warm plush bedding. Clean bathroom and abundant supplies.

The room was tiny and used as a thoroughfare for letting the dogs out so it was never a private space. This is tremendously uncomfortable when a paying guest assumes they will have a private room and upon arrival realizes the assumption is that it will be accessed periodically and unannounced. The room should not be rented out at all. Other rooms may not have this issue.

location. Close to bus line. Fifty minute bus to the Embarcadero. Seniot rate is $1.25 per ride.

Excellent and I felt very welcomed there.

The B&B owners are very kind, very friendly and helpful . The breakfast is wonderful and i was always looking forward to the marvelous setting and the great healthy food that was offered, every day a bit different . I enjoyed it a lot. It was delightful.

Happy to have found my new favourite address in San Francisco

The property is charming, as well as the host. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Situated in a quiet lovely neighbourhood, this location was central and perfect for me, as I needed to be close to the Presidio.

Street parking is a little challenging, as there is limited space. However, it is free and unrestricted.

Very cozy, quiet, accessible to Golden Gate and the Presidio. very comfortable rooms and beds. Delicious breakfast or vouchers for local cafe. I will come again! Have been there 2 times 2019 & 2022

There’s room for improvement

Nice neighborhood, historic building with a very good atmosphere.

we had issues with getting into the property and they forgot to make breakfast on the second day, it is sad, we booked this place partly because of the complimentary breakfast and for the free parking, but that was also an issue, no space was available although we were the only ones in the house on the first night

Perfect place to stay. Loved the way they made us feel right at home.

The breakfast was awesome every day! We had a few early tours and Kathleen had a take-n-go bag ready for us each time. The waffles were best!!

Charming stay in grand victorian Style

House was beautiful, food was amazing and the staff was responsive, attentive and accommodating. Beautiful antique touches everywhere and I walked down to a glorious breakfast in the morning with perfectly cooked eggs, fruit granola, yogurt, juices, french pressed coffee and the morning paper.

The room got cold at night, didn't see a thermostat but there were plenty of blankets so I managed to stay warm. a space heater in the bathroom would have been helpful!

The breakfast was delicious and we felt right at home! The location is wonderful and quiet and easy to get in and out of. The owner was good at communicating with us and even helped us add another person to our booking at the last minute and set up additional accommodation.
