It’s dirty, overpriced and needs to be renovated. Absolutely not worth staying at, pictures are tota

The photos of the rooms shown on your site do NOT accurately represent the accommodations. Totally misleading, rooms musty, bathroom horrible, dirty and in desperate need or a renovation. No towel bars or hooks or outlets. Grout was missing and what was there was covered in mold, truly disgusting. WAY OVER PRICED.

It was decent. It was fine for a quick night. But not worth $160 for little to no AC and a dead bug.

I liked that they handed me a little breakfast bag the night prior. I liked that the manager let me in at 1-2 am that was awesome. I was worried it closed at 11 as the door stated, even though it said 24 hrs online.

There was a dead bug on the floor and it was sweltering hot at night (the ac panel to change the air flow was broken).

It was what expected to have for the price and I’m satisfied with my stay.

The breakfast was put together in a fun little bag with several choices, all pretty basic but it was good! And there was an assortment of coffee which was great! It was right around the corner from the college which is why we were there. The customer service was great!

The room was clean but a bit musty, however the constant rain and humidity probably doesn’t help that feel.

location to Suny Delhi.

The residents living there had no consideration to the guests of the motel. the musty moldy smell in the rooms, no shades behind the curtains. holes in the walls, dirty walls, stains in the tub black molding around tub and rust. dirty doors and walls in the bathroom. holes in the ceiling tile. the pictures of the rooms is definitely not what you get. first thing you see when you pull up is the residents smoking.

The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were very nice and accommodating.

The property was very convenient to the hospital were a family member was recovering from an illness.

No substantial complaints other than the TV didn’t work on my second day.

the location was nice, staff were great. outside of the place looks nice and welcoming.

bathroom was very dirty and needed a lot of work. there was hair all over the shower/tub. Beds were very incomfortable and outdated. pillows didn’t look or smell like they have been washed. glad I always bring extra blankets! this place needs an overhaul.

The owners were very nice. They handed out bag for a cold breakfast for the morning at check in. They are in the process of renovating.

The room never should have been rented. It was filthy and run down. Holes in the walls, chipped paint, mold, dirt, broken and old furniture, no blackout curtains and the curtains that were there were thin and the curtain rod was all bent up. No covers on the baseboard heaters and completely exposed fins were broken on them. It felt like a room that should be rented by the hour. The entire back portion of the hotel is rented by the month to low income, drug addicts, and mental health patients.

It was clean all needs were met and the check in and out smooth. It is a little noisy but not unreasonable I even had a few extras met as well. I felt safe and and welcomed slept well and would stop here again

Welcoming, friendly and everything I needed!

James, the front desk manager and all of the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. I arrived late and he let me check in past 11pm, and when I had to stay an extra day and he was helpful in updating my reservation. The bagged breakfast was great way to start each day - banana, granola bar, cereal with milk, juice etc plus you can help yourself to Keurig coffee. The location was ideal for me as I had to attend a wedding nearby in Bovina. I also used the mini fridge and microwave to store a few snacks from Price Chopper which is a quick drive too. Highly recommend!

Everything was great. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

I chose a non smoking room but everything about it smelled like smoke. I walked out of my room to people smoking right next to my front door.

Liked the bagged breakfast and room was very quiet.

Repairs needed - light over bed did not work because it's switch missing, one wall electrical outlet dead and bathroom sink took forever to drain.

Great place to stay and relax after a noisy city.

Great Location, very hostile, large and clean rooms, large beds with many pillows, breakfast, parking, large refrigerator, TV, WiFi, air conditioner. The place is located in a quiet area in the mountains, with beautiful nature and clean air.

Only as a last resort would I return

The sheets were clean, a/c in the window worked

There wasn’t a working shower, flooring was in need of replacement, refrigerator froze contents only one towel set for two people- office closed until 7am- , shady characters(residents?) were sitting outside at the motel. Rough place, weird smells
