Nice, cosy hotel, clean and comfort. Very very nice staff and excellent breakfast!❤ Great location with bars, stores, farmacies and not far from the old city and the castle - though we went by car and used public parking.

Nice stay with a gorgeous view!

We stayed with a group of 30 people, and had a great time! The breakfast was very nice, the rooms were fine as well, and the view was superb! However, our main highlight was the staff! The owner/manager of the hotel was so helpful, and helped us fix a bus to Sarande for the entire group. He even helped us haggle with the bus driver when he tried to ask a ridiculous amount of money from us, so so kind! The bar on the second floor was also great! Nice and airconditioned, and big selection of drinks All the rooms had their own bathrooms and towels were changed daily!

The rooms were fine, not that super spacious, but had everything you needed. Some of the rooms in our group had a very small shower, but overall it was fine :). One room was way too small, but we could change rooms straightaway so that was good service! PS. the location is good, but be prepared for the hike up to the city centre ;)

Great option if old town is just too far

Great location - close to the bus station (10 mins walk) and a steep but enjoyable walk up to the old town. There's also a bus stop for the old town opposite the hotel. The owner/manager was extremely friendly and informative. I had an immaculate new room on the 7th (?) floor - and the best shower/bathroom of my trip. Fantastic view from the balcony. Breakfast was very good - delicious bread baked in the hotel. It was also interesting walking around the town near the hotel.

Modern and good value hotel in lower town

- Modern, clean hotel, kind and helpful staff. - Convenient location. Less than 10min walk to the bus station. For the Old town you need to hike up but it's well doable in 15-20min. - My room was on the 5th floor with great view of the castle.

- Nothing of major concern. - The balcony is more like an open terrace for several rooms which seemed a little impractical. - Window curtains not that great so you may get light early on in the summer.

No-one of the staff can speak any word of English. The 'rooftopbar' is a trap. There is just a bar at the first floor. No rooftop at all. Maybe it's good when booking.com changes the information about that.

The location was on the main street. We took a taxi to the castle. The reception was very helpfull. Only their english is poor, especially in the bar, but we managed. They different way to order the breakfast, you have to choose and they will bring. But the breakfast was delicious and rich.

Summing up pros and cons - it is worth paying 25€ per night

Excellent location, excellent breakfast. Apartment was cosy and comfortable. Air conditioning work fantastic. View on the outside is also astonishing.

Temperature of water on bathroom was like 20-25 Celcius degrees. Wi-Fi connection was sometimes unstable.

The hotel was in very good location, in the high street close to shops,banks and a couple of good bistros in the vincinity of the hotel.

Everything was good and as expected the rooms could be fitted to higher standard but not a major issue with that. Overall excellent

A very good place for one night.

The breakfast was very good. The staff very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent very close to the bazaar and the castle. Very nice ice cream and cakes across the road. The parking was in front of the hotel on the main street but safe.

There was no warm water . It was cloudy and they say because of that the solar panels did not heat the water!?

I really liked the location and, especially, the group of staff that welcomed guests with great friendliness, very high quality service as if the guests were part of their families. Another aspect that I liked was to see the constant presence of the hotel's manager (or owner) participating attentively in the quality of services, from cleanliness, customer service and quality of services provided by the restaurant.

My only complaint was the air conditioning in the room in the heat mode which took about 30-40 minutes to operate after switched on and when it worked it was only for 10-15 seconds and to operate again only in 30-40 minutes.

Ok for 1 night

The hostess was extremely nice! We enjoyed breakfast, especially the pancakes.

The rooms are very outdated and are in desperate need of an update. Our bathroom contained some old slippers (what were they doing there?), the toilet roll hanger was broken and the shower curtain had some brown/red smears on it.

perfect refuge

the staff-hotel/restaurant/bar-were most excellent. such service. perfect location in town center...better than up in more-touristy castle-old town. hotel restaurant served wide array of food in a cozy relaxed setting. everything terrific value!
