Won’t stay again.

Had a kitchenette but nothing to cook or eat on. If we wanted to make our own food we would have had to bring our own stuff. They let other extend their stay so the wanted to move us to another hotel because they were oversold. Was further away from our destination so I declined. My son ended up sleeping on the floor.

We didn't stay there you messed the the reservation up we should have two rooms but they only had one reserved. They were sold out so we had to run around finding new rooms.

Easy to get to from I-35. The property was clean.

Great for a long stay

Room was clean and comfortable. Full size refrigerator and kitchenette was in good shape. I didn't realize it was more of an extended stay place when I made the reservation so we didn't use any of the kitchen. It was conveniently located within a very short drive to a ton of restaurants and stores.

The room and a weird smell but I think it's just from the fact that there is a stove in the room and people cooking frequently in the room. The water and ice had a weird taste but we just got some water bottles at the front desk store for a couple bucks. No breakfast but plenty of choices to choose from at the small store.

Great stay in Ankeny

The rooms were clean and orderly. Liked the full size refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom sink drain was very slow to drain. The shower drain was slow the last day there, so that needs addressed. At 9 am, the coffee I got in the lobby was lukewarm at best.

We will certainly stay there again. We make this trip every year for a church function.

Everything was very clean and organized. Coffee was available in the lobby 24/7. We did not have to make it in our room. Parking was very close to our room. The room was very quiet.

We needed a place to stay for an Ankeny wedding and this was there perfect place.

Very clean and roomy.

The fridge/freezer was not working correctly. Our ice in the freezer turned to cold water and the stuff in the fridge was not cold at all.

A nice, clean, comfortable hotel with the basics. Good for travelers off the interstate.

Simple and clean. Nice bed, bedding and bathroom. There are sidewalks and the area seemed very safe for walking. It is located in a cluster of hotels and office buildings. Windows open for fresh air. No traffic noise. Lots of other hotels nearby if your party wants a variety of amenities. Caseys' convenience store close by.

Available breakfast consists of prepackaged items and is not free. Not a problem for us because we planned to eat out anyway. There is a Casey's convenience store very close but no restaurants that I saw. There is a nice little kitchen area but no dishes or cooking utensils. Friends were told they could get them at the front desk for a fee.

Staff was very friendly. Room came with a kitchen which was nice. Their lobby had snacks for purchase. Pet friendly! Nice location.

Great place with just a little need for improvement.

Loved the bed, the heat/air, the kitchen and bath.

I did not like that we had to buy our own dishes, silverware, salt/pepper, and utensils. Seems the could provide 2 dishes, 2 cups and some utensils even if they were only plastic or paper.

Have stayed here before and will continue to stay when in area visiting family.

The location is perfectly located between family members and easily accessible from interstate. Stay was during time of massive travel delays and cancellations and hotel staff very supportive of changes in my schedule.

Everything was as I needed.

Bed was not comfortable

Everything was very nice except the mattress on the bed was lumpy and not comfortable.

I tried to sleep in the recliner because the mattress was so lumpy and uncomfortable.
