We booked the Shore House and it was not cleaned thoroughly. Fridge was dirty and the bathrooms had a very unsanitary smell.
We lost power in the entire house the very first night of our stay and there was no one on site to resolve the issue, so we had to leave and book a room at a completely different resort.

Excellent private getaway. Minimal amenities, focus on luxurious comfort for just a few guests at a time in a very private, secluded space.
Would like to see a laundry service available, and true kitchenettes in the bungalows.

La vue et la piscine ainsi que le calme.
L'insalubrité de l'ensemble de la chambre, les draps taché de sang et autres traces noir, pas de drap pour la couette,, la qualité de la literie . Et le sentiment d'hôtel pas vraiment terminé.

It was quiet and rooms were big.

Secluded and comfortable setting our bungalow was exactly as the pictures described it was very quaint
The staff were very nice
It felt like you were in your own tropical homestead
The cigarette odor and extreme cleaning chemicals smell were strong
The shower was extremely difficult to operate
Our tv remote for the living also turned on the bedroom tv then you had to use a different device to operate them
The beach did not go into the water it was on a sea wall about 5’ above the water
They brought 1- muffin and 1- biscuit 2- juices every morning
NOT 2 of each only one we liked the muffin not the biscuit for the MONEY we paid maybe 2 of each ?????

Superbe bungalow, tranquille... La piscine est belle, même si le tout pourrait être mieux soigné.
Bruit de la route derrière, manque de proximité de restaurants.

The interior design was beautiful
We got one of two new units located outside the resort (called shore house), we paid a premium price but got much less then the regular bungalows: a low quality structure, no pool, no beach access, not even a dining table
The photos at booking site are a scam - it's the sites shared lounge and not the unit you get

The location and privacy of the resort was excellent. Nice surroundings. House was very nicely decorated.
Maid service was horrible, had to fill out a form to request service must be place on the front door before 11am!! Form had detail cleaning request. Maid service is a service that comes and cleans everything!! Ridiculous. We even went to the office when we found out about the cut of time. NO SERVICE that day. No exceptions. One of the toilet bowls was clough and never got fix!! There was no dinning area in the entire house but there was a fully functional kitchen.

Tucked in off route 1 and convenient to great restaurants. Having a private bungalow was nice! View of the sunset was spectacular.
We had communicated that we would be arriving between 5-6pm (check in starts at 4pm). Unfortunately, we experienced some travel delays and arrived at 6:15pm. No one was in the office to greet us. We called the number provided, but it just rang to the office (where we were standing). Took about 5-10 minutes before someone came. Didn’t feel very welcoming and wasn’t provided any overview of the property other than where our bungalow was located and how to get into/out of property gates.

The grounds are beautiful
Room (the floor) could have been cleaner. The basic furniture (chairs/bed) was uncomfortable

I don't recall there being a breakfast. If so, we were not aware of it. We went out for breakfast.
I'm sorry that we didn't stay longer.
The beach was small and water was not good. But after travelling throughout the keys, we found that to be the case everywhere. Apparently there was a problem with the seaweed. However, there was a beautiful infinity edge pool.

I don't know if it was luck or we just happened to go at the right time, but there weren't a lot of other people at this resort during our stay and we never had any issue with getting a beach or pool lounger or reading out by the ocean. The room was spacious and comfortable, the property was quiet (even though it was right off the highway), it felt secluded and private, and the water was great! The staff was friendly and helpful.
I wish there had been food options at the resort itself, but there were still plenty of great restaurants a very short distance away. This isn't something that bothered us, but this location is at the far north of the keys, so if you plan to go to other keys (like Key West), you have to plan on a day to drive the 2+ hours to get there (which we did and loved).

it’s a special place. staff is nice. property is beautiful. walk in pool. lots of space to enjoy the beach. the rooms are very spacious with a separate bedroom so we can put the baby to bed and continue to hang out in the main area. we have been twice already and will be going for our third visit next month.
no complaints

Fantastic place, could not recommend enough. Once you pass through the gates it feels like you're in a secluded rainforest paradise. The grounds are very nicely landscaped, bungalows are spacious, clean, very nicely decorated. The pool/beach area is beautifully done but still felt quiet. Even with most of the bungalows occupied it never felt particularly busy. Bikes/kayaks are an added bonus and we went out a few times for a paddle in the lagoon. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The property is next to the overseas highway and even though they do a good job of making you feel secluded behind a fence and gate, the highway is always audible. Having said that, our bungalow was closest to the road and inside the bedroom noise was never an issue.

The charm and tranquility of the place, the comfortable interior space and the exquisite decoration.
I missed a sink in the kitchenette. we had to wash glasses in the restroom. And also a little table for breakfast would have been useful.
