It was a decent stay

It was close to the cruise terminal

The gentleman who answered my call yelled at me as well as came to my room at 10:30 yelling that we had to check out in the pouring rain

The location was decent.

The room was very dirty, no hot water, hair everywhere, blankets were dirty/stained, and door and remote dirty.

Our door would not lock from the inside so anybody can literally walk in whenever they can. The door only locks from the outside with the key. The shower was very disappointing there was hardly any hot water.

That the room rate was not taken out of my account before I arrived. The staff very rude and the office smelled

When you go to check in, they inform you that you are not allowed guest. If you do have guest they will kick you out and keep your money. I did not stay rude customer service and crazy policies

overall I appreciated the staff making things better I just wished the king room was cleaner and the bed sheets weren’t

i liked the second room we got, it was bigger and had the two beds I paid for.

i wished it was cleaner. For example the room with the king bed, the door was full of prints and black scuff marks. the bed sheets were slightly stained and although they said it was a non smoking room it smelled like smoke too much. also the walls are very thin, most of the night when we tried to sleep, we could here the people next to us having sex. the room with the two beds were fine a lot cleaner just the light switches were dirty but everything was a lot better.

Morning could not come fast enough.

The fact that they had a room available because I was desperate! The front desk staff was very friendly!

Honestly it was one step above homelessness. The mattress was hard as cement. And the shower was like a watering pot.

Stay somewhere else

The room in back they gave us had a little patio. The extra privacy was great.

The bed was like sleeping on plywood. The towels were the size of postage stamps, and the soap was even smaller. The in-room fridge was so cold it froze a 6 pack of beer overnight and ruined it. They charged me $100 cash for "incidentals", lol. Like was I going to steal your tiny worn out towel?? One place to plug your phone in by the bes, but it's above the headboard...so weird. This place is not worth what they charge. Stay somewhere else.

The staff was rude, didn’t speak English and the rooms were dirty and filled with mold. The air conditioner is old doesn’t work and the showers had mildew, internet didn’t work.
