Неблагоприятное стечение обстоятельств

Ранне уже тут останавливались, адекватное соотношение цена/местоположение, недалеко от метро.

В этот раз все было ужасно. Не подходил код от двери в номер, когда смогли через поддержку попасть внутрь, там оказалось не убрано и воняло после вечеринки с алгоколем, полтора часа ждали пока кто-то придет и придерутся в комнате, уборка пришла с собакой, ждали в общей зоне на кухне, на которую кстати из номера не было возможности попасть в эту в общую зону, так как дверь была заперта. Сначала вообще хотели выделить нам другой номер (комнатушку), где была только одна кровать, но потом оказалось, что она сдана, но мы в любом случае вдвоём с другом спать в одной кровати были не готовы, короче проживание неудовлетворительное.

Decent all things considered, was in location we needed to be, no disturbances.

No served food. Self-preparation only.

Grotesque shower curtain, Sharon’s bathroom, no parking, roaches in bathroom and kitchen. I bought roach spray. None in Bedroom. Missing Remote Control for TV. I bought a Universal Remote from WalMart. It worked fine!

Late night disruption when other guests got home from bar. It took over an hour until it was quiet.

No lo recomiendo

Falta de aseo y cucarachas en la cocina, el baño compartido un asco total. No tiene estacionamiento, perdí una hora buscando el acceso al lugar. No sentí seguridad en absoluto.

No recomendaría a nadie hispedarse allí.

Eine Zumutung, ein Mal und nie wieder!

Sehr ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstraße, kurze Entfernung zum Lake Michigan und zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Die Zimmernummer und PIN wurde uns erst auf telefonische Nachfrage am Anreisetag mitgeteilt. Zimmer nicht gereinigt, Müll der vorherigen Gäste vorhanden, keine frischen Handtücher, kein Toilettenpapier, ein Bett nicht frisch bezogen. Daraufhin wurden uns 20 $ erstattet, eine Reinigung ist trotzdem nicht erfolgt. Wir mussten uns Handtücher und Toilettenpapier kaufen. Schäbiges Zimmer mit kaputten Jalousien. Abgeschlossene Verbindungstür zur Nachbarwohnung, dort war die Küche. Sehr laut. Vor der Wohnung ebenfalls Dreck und leere Plastikflaschen. Farwell dream steht nicht am Haus, man muss sich an der Hausnummer orientieren. Die Photos des Anbieters entsprechen leider in keiner Weise der Realität. Das Zimmer haben wir vorab bezahlt- leider. Eine kostenfreie Stornierung der letzten Nacht vor unserem Heimflug wurde abgelehnt. Wir haben trotzdem ein anderes Hotelzimmer Downtown gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Eine weitere Übernachtung im Farwell dream wollten wir uns nicht antun.

Glad it was only 1 night and probably wouldn’t stay there again

The room smelled like cat pee and the area in the kitchen was not the best looking. I guess you get what you get for the money. Hard to find a parking spot in the neighborhood.

Pleasant vary convenient to public transportation

Yes I was pleased and had to extend my stay one additional day I have stayed in their property in the past and they are very accommodating when possible.

I preferred my previous location without shared bathroom but it was booked.

Do not waste your money here.

Since we didn't even make it into the place, I am unable to state anything we might have liked. It was not clearly marked, zero parking for blocks, as it was street parking only, and the only way we found that out was by asking some random person who happened to be outside.

Zero parking. If you are going to have a rental, at least have the common sense to have designated parking. The parking situation was not explained during the rental process. After driving around for an hour, we ended up booking an actual hotel.

Hated-it! Stay away!

It was very spare, it looked cheap, the table top was broken there was mold in the bathtub, the bath cloths were rough, the bath products were cheap, the whole place was just ramshackle. Definitely not worth the money. Pricing was misleading on booking site-advertised as $77 and there was nothing about all the hidden taxes, cleaning cost, and another unnecessary charge that brought the cost to $118. Very duplicitous and will never stay at another one of these properties or use Booking.com site. I’ll warn others to stay away as well.

The most horrifying experience to date booking from a 3rd party sources.

Pictured is only 2 of the roaches out of God knows how many because they kept the lights on and I was wondering why but now we all know!

Everything was going great but wondered why it reeked of raid bug spray but then later on the first night while my girl was sleeping I went out to the kitchen area just to scope things out and look around. Then low and behold I see a roach flying by me on the floor. Smashed it then started looking on the kitchen counter and zoom there was another baby running across the sink. I have pics and video and when I reported the incident the next day I was met with inconsideration and backlash with the guy making up stories saying I was fighting with my girl all night and smoking weed inside the room which both were false accusations. Will never ever rent from a booking site ever again this last one really upset me embarrassed me and made me not want to rent from 3rd party sources

I would never come here again or recommend it to anyone i really care about.

Location is fine. Ease of navigation is also good - you receive a code and explanation via an sms and booking message.

There was some fight across the door (yes there is a door that is locked and someone is living behind that door). So the people across the door were fighting, banging on our door and they were yelling and watching TV untill 3 a.m. I wrote to the owner through Booking but they didn't even bother to respond. What a shame.

My stay was excellent

I liked everything about it. The other guests that stayed were friendly. The room was spacious. Air conditioner was great. Great lighting. The kitchen area was nice even thou I didn’t use it. Can’t wait to stay there again in the future.

Exceptional

Don't Be fooled by the outside! Always check your email for instructions to enter. Once you are inside, you will be amazed. I was able to see the other guests rooms and all the rooms are spacious.The decor is just right! When Im in that area of Chicago, I would definitely stay there!!!

The location

The bed was uncomfortable and it wasnt warm enough. There was no stated coffee pot or iron. There were cockroaches and bugs in the kitchen. The upstairs neighbors were super loud. It felt unclean in parts of each room.
