Itzi is a wonderful person to work with. She made our visit easy and enjoyable; her responses to requests for help were timely. The apartment worked well for four people.Beds are very comfortable!

Not a good experience. Would not recommend. Set of rules presented on arrival but not advised prior. Dirty crockery, reported to host who blamed cleaner, on departure sheets were to be folded & left on bed...??? Re-use. Ensuite sink drained into shower & to empty the water from the shower the toilet had to be flushed.

This is a cosy apartment near everything in Bilbao. We were party of two adults with their kids (ages between 5-9): adults had their own nice bedrooms and kids shared one bedroom. The service level of the owner is just beyond everything! They were there to help when the airline lost our luggage (offered to lend their kids' clothes) or when we needed some extra help with the local taxi company, for example. We travel very much but the service here was something unimaginable! We can warmly recommend this apartment when visiting Bilbao!

This is a cosy apartment near everything in Bilbao. We were party of two adults with their kids (ages between 5-9): adults had their own nice bedrooms and kids shared one bedroom. The service level of the owner is just beyond everything! We spent 4 nights at Itziar's place (8 adults + 1 child) and everything was perfect, since the first contact up to the end of our stay. Very well located, clean, well equipped and friendly welcome. It was definitely an excellent choice.

Finalmente no hemos podido desplazarnos a Bilbao, pero la interacción con Itziar, propietaria de la vivienda, ha sido fantástica: respuesta inmediata a la solicitud de reserva con total amabilidad y ofreciendose para cualquier consulta de información turística adicional. Igualmente amable a la hora se gestionar la cancelación de la reserva.

The home was clean, spacious, well-maintained and in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere, and the subway entrance was very nearby. We only speak english, so we were worried we would have some communication barriers, but the owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was able to answer all of our questions before and during our stay. She responded to all of our communications promptly. I would 100% recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

Stayed for two nights at this property. It is nice, modern clean and in a great location. Has all the amenities that you could ever need. Walking distance from the sights of bilbao. The Ower was very friendly and helpful. She sent us lots of useful information and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

There were 6 of us ( 3 couples) , that stayed at this property for 4 days, being a 3 bedroom apartment with all facilities it was more than adequate for our stay. The apartment was very clean, decorated and furnished to a nice contemporary spec. We felt at home 2 local supermarkets are a few minutes walk away and a great pinchos/cafe place -(highly recommended) a stones throw away. Great central location to all main attractions in Bilbao . Would I stay there again - Absolutely!!!!

With 5 friends we stayed in Bilbao to practise Spanish and to enjoy the city. It was a great help that our host gave us excellent practical tips; bars and restaurants of locals. The apartment had an ideal location; close to the buss station and metro, but in less than 20 minutes you could walk to the center as well. Flat was cosy, clean and very well equipped; comfortable beds ! Bilbao is a great city to visit, the best tapas ever and wonderful boutiques! Apart from the Guggenheim museum is el" museo de belles artes" very much worth visiting.
