It has two bedrooms with double beds (which is what rent), plus a 2-seater with divan (having additional price) and two bathrooms. A 15 minute walk from the Guggenheim Museum and 5 minutes from bus station and opposite the origin floor tram and train station with subway connections. Great flat in perfect location for visiting Bilbao : everything is within walking distance, but nice to have tram and metro stops just outside of the flat at the end of the day! Manu was a great host : giving clear directions to the flat, meeting us as arranged, and providing food for breakfasts. He also gave good suggestions for visiting Bilbao and dining out. Would definitely go back.

Manu was very responsive to any questions and provided a lot of information on Bilbao. Apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Supermarket underneath (although closed on Sundays). Tram stop outside which takes to many of the main attractions.

This was a great place to stay for a visit to Bilbao, in a residential area but with easy access to areas of interest via public transportation. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful, checking in with us regularly before and during our stay to make sure everything was all right. We came in near midnight and had a little trouble driving through town (Bilbao has a unique system of traffic lights) and parking, but it all worked out in the end, in no small part because of the host who was waiting for us in front of the apartment. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

What an amazing experience we had. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent one. He had the refrigerator stocked with the basics so we could have breakfast in the morning. Gave us tips and recommendations on where to go. He checked on us the following day to make sure everything was going great and if we needed anything. Overall experience was excellent! Highly recibe this place and will definitely come back.

The apartment is lovely and very conveniently located across the street from the tram. So easy to get anywhere in the city. Manu is the most wonderful host. Not only was the apartment super clean and convenient, Manu provided wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities. Communication was so easy and helpful via WhatsApp. Manu replied to texts instantly! We had a great stay in Bilbao!

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a good location for transport with tram and train station very near. Manu was very helpful with local information and suggestions for trips and we appreciated the breakfast food he had provided for us. We enjoyed our holiday in his apartment.

Check in process was the best we encountered in 3 weeks in Spain. The Owner (Manu) met us there at 10pm and gave us a tour and showed us how everything worked. There were breakfast items, and milk in the frig for our use. The apartment is over a grocery store and across the street from a metro stop 15 minute walk to the Guggenheim. Super spotless. We'd stay there again in a second.

The owner was very willing to help us with information to get around. He went above and beyond to cover our needs, because we had very little time in Bilbao. . The apartment is spacious and comfortable, open concept. There was no air conditioning and you need to go about 10 steps up a staircase . The showers have an outstanding water pressure, the location was excellent. Loved it!

The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed. Our host, Manu, also provided the extras that make life easier - granola and yogurts, fruit juices, muffins and fresh fruit. We were an easy walk to the tram and buses as well as great places to eat. Highly recommend this place.

Manu met us at the apartment directly as we came from the airport. He had all sorts of things for us to make the stay easy for us: a fridge with items for breakfast, pastry and coffee. He shared links with us on places to go and how to get there using public transportation. We were pleased with the location as there is a grocery right below the apartment and easy access to the local stores should you choose to buy your food from the local shop, such as bread, fish, cheese, meat and fruits. We used the washer and had no problems. We were a family of 4 and the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom gave us the right amount of space, especially with 2 teenagers. We also cooked several meals during our stay. It was nice to have a meal in some times! Manu was very communicative during our stay; regularly messaging to check in and see if we had any questions or needs. The beds were very comfortable, which is so important!! No stiff backs! We very much enjoyed the stay and hope to enjoy the apartment again. Gracias Manu!

Der ideale Platz für den Bilbao Trip mit Freunden. Perfekte Raumaufteilung, anspruchsvolle Einrichtung, alles was man braucht ist da. Wir waren ein Paar und zwei Single, drei Zimmer, zwei Bäder, entspanntes Miteinander. Manu der Landlord kümmert sich liebevoll. Per Whatsapp immer erreichbar, gute Tips für alle Ansprüche und alle Situationen. Hervorzuheben ist die günstige Lage, direkt vorm Haus oder im Underground starten Tram und Bahn. Jeder Punkt in der Stadt oder das Meer ist in weniger als 15 Minuten erreichbar. Bilbao und Abando: TOP!

This apartment was in a great location with easy access to the tram. Manu warmly greeted us and took us through the particulars of the apartment. Be aware there is still scaffolding and very noisy construction on the outside of the building and in the inner shaft. We were lucky to have stayed during a holiday and weekend so the workers were only there two days. Highly recommend this apartment except for the construction.

This is a beautiful luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Bilbao. The owner met us and showed us around when we checked in. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and had special touches that made us feel at home. Transportation was easily accessible from the area as well as shopping and restaurants.
