Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Kailua Kona. It was like staying in a treehouse. Location not a problem with a rental car, and there is ample parking.
If you are looking for a hip or instagram influencer type of place, this isn't it, but I found the accommodations clean and comfortable.

My hosts were sweet and friendly and provided the most delicious teas make from ingredients in their garden

The room and bathroom were very nice and there was a very good common kitchen and lanai. it is in a lovely suburban neighborhood which was only about one mile off of the main road.
Our room was along a road that was noisy especially because the room didn’t have glass windows. Part of the noise problem was due to many neighborhood dogs who were barking every night.

The location if you want to be near the pier is excellent. The family running it was very kind and helping. I will re visit

A lovely traditional Hawaiian house in the hills above Kona. Inside was spacious and very comfortable. It had all the facilities we needed inside, including fridge, microwave and mini oven. We also had access to a shared kitchen with more facilities like a cooker. The hoss were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Every morning there was a fresh pot of coffee ready to start the day. The property takes about 7 minutes to Walmart, 10 minutes to Kona and has numerous beaches within 30 minutes that were stunning. The property had good parking that linked to a main transit route. We would stay here again no problem.
The property was perfect.

The location was minutes from restaurants and shopping. I really enjoyed the uniqueness of the property and that it was a true island experience rather than a cookie cutter hotel experience. The property was lush. Having 100% Hawaiian Coffee outside on the lanai each morning being serenaded by the sounds birds while sitting in the midst of beautiful foliage was a dream come true for these Alaskan gals.

The lights on the big trees were pretty
The walls are paper thin, you could hear everything from the neighbors talking in their rooms, to people constantly getting in and out of their cars and talking outside the room. Also people sat on the porch for hours and had long conversations that were so loud in my room. The traffic at night was loud, the place is on a hairpin turn so everybody’s skidding around the corner. There were earplugs next to the bed, so I guess that’s what they expected you to use. There’s no AC in the room. And the carpet was dirty. Too many pillows and Decorations in the room. Some people might like that kind of stuff it’s just way too much for me

Quiet location with good access to the Kona coast. Comfortable "homey" setting. Able to make your own breakfast or other meals. Very nice family who were very helpful.

The location was perfect other then the noise from the street.
Noise from the street but nothing can be done about that.

Didn't have breakfast. We were up early and it was not happening.
Couldn't find coffee anywhere. Ended up driving 3 miles to Starbucks and coming back. Found the owner and he said he didn't make coffee. While I understand that, I couldn't even find the coffee maker in the shared kitchen. I can definitely make my own coffee. The coffee maker was on the lanai and I didn't see it. The pot/filters were in the kitchen. Just seems like it could have been better explained. Rooster crowed starting about 3:30 am and nonstop. They Inn does provide earplugs so that's a good thing.

I came here with some friends for a couple days and it was amazing! We felt apart of the family. Had amazing breakfast and hospitality. The room we stayed in was clean and well kept. It was so cozy and relaxing. The location feels like you are in another world. Cant wait to come here again!
Nothing it was amazing. :)
