Had what we needed

The room was a good size, check in was nice and quick, the bed was comfortable and the room had what we needed. The breakfast was surprisingly good, there was a decent range, we took some muffins and bagels to go. Coffee and juice was available all day which was a nice touch. The location was the main reason we picked this place, universal was a 15 minute drive down the road, with quite a few places to stop for food on the way, there is a 7 eleven just over the road too which was helpful.

The room was quite dark but for 1 night we didn’t mind this too much.

Older property but very clean!

Rooms were spacious and clean. Front office lady that works 4pm and on was awesome! Very friendly and helpful!

My refrigerator froze anything I put in there.

Checked in late but there was no issues. Very friendly and fast check in.

Very close to Universal Studios. Very clean and easy to check in plus complimentary breakfast.

Short and sweet

The staff person (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) was exceptional. We checked in very late and we’re going to check out very early. She made sure we had food for the morning. The bed was very comfortable.

The property is dated - could use a little love.

The bed was uncountable!!! As soon as walking in you can see the indents on the mattress off all the bodies that have laid in it over the past 15+ years, once you rolled into the mattress all you felt were springs. If I had a commendable mattress I would have come back if needed, BUT I WONT.

A great affordable option for a good place to stay in Burbank.

We like the updated and decent sized rooms at this hotel. The free breakfast options are decent too. Great value for the money.

It is easy to hear other guests talking and slamming room doors based on the layout of the property.

A real little gem with the nicest staff

For the price we paid we expected the typical motel. Wow were we surprised. At check in the receptionist was so friendly and helpful.. All staff were friendly and helpful recommending restaurants and providing helpful local information. The king room was very spacious. The bed was so comfy so we had the best nights sleep.Breakfast was great and the free parking for such a great location was a super bonus.

Minor updating needed to bedrooms, but that did not take away from our great 2 night stay.

Provides the basics in a quiet, convenient location in Burbank—but bring your own pillow and blanket.

Quiet and convenient location. Free parking (serious “thank you” to this hotel for not charging for parking—bucking the LA Area hotels’ trend to charge outrageous fees for parking). Has the basics. A/C worked fine.

Room #105 smelled funky. Shower/tub was not clean. Carpeting in room was not clean. Chair in room has seen better days. Pillows are terrible—I brought my own. Hotel did not have extra blankets when I asked for one, saying that other guests had checked them out already.

Good option to stay for couple of days in Hollywood

Rooms very OK and large. Walking distance to some Restaurants. We were not sure at time of booking but would recommend this Hotel as very good option when visiting Hollywood and Warner Bros/Universal area. Cost performance to other Hotels in area is excellent
