Dog Friendly! 🐕

It was dog friendly while the other surrounding hotels were not.Also,reasonably priced.

One of our mattresses had a big stain on the side of it.

sucky, costly and not worth what we were charged

There was a homeless person in the lobby when we checked in. it was run down and did not match what was presented online. The chair in our room had a disgusting stain on it. They charged us an additional $40 for our tiny dogs which was NOT made clear at the time of booking and increased the cost of our stay to $189!!! This is a shabby motel and not worth that much money 👎🏼 on top of that both the clerk at the counter and general manager were RUDE and their solution to our objection to their surprise pet fees was to invite us to leave! Needless to say we won’t be back on our manytrips through Tehachapi.

Your hotel is centrally located. The room was clean. We also enjoyed the heated pool and great jacuzzi, and the full breakfast was nice! I recommend your hotel when staying in Tehachapi! I thought it was reasonably priced too.

You didn't have many rooms occupied, but you still put us in a room right by the busy road, you probably should have put us in a room further from the road (quieter). It was still okay. The room card said you have HBO, but we couldn't find it on the tv.

Clean, quiet, peaceful place in a nice town

The room was huge, nice furnishings, comfy beds, very clean. Parking is right by the door of the room. The location is quiet despite being near the railway tracks - it’s because the rooms are behind the main building. The breakfast was modest but ok.

The heating furnace was a kind of old and a bit noisy at night. The sound insulation is weak, so we could hear the neighnors in the evening. But thankfully everybody quieted down for the night.

We came in at 1 o’clock and the lady at the front desk was not very pleasant. As soon as we walked through the door, she said “check in as at 3 o’clock only”. I told her I had asked for a 12 o’clock check-in and they said if the rooms are available, I could get in, and she said “no”. Very unpleasant. It was very cold outside. It would not hurt to let us in early. After traveling all that way needing to use the restroom she said there’s not one in the lobby. Go somewhere else and use it.

Not like it was when I stayed a week ago.

I have stayed at this location a bunch of times. Have been in different rooms. I like the location area.

I selected a Kings suite and they said they only had me down for a standard. They customer service said come by in morning and show the lady working in the morning she’ll know what to do. In the morning. When I saw the lady she said your company sent them Kings standard not suite. Nothing she can do this will be your issue not there’s. This is the first room at this location that didn’t have a table or desk so you can eat on. Also the past two stays I have been in rooms that have tissue on the peek hole. I don’t like that. Of course I’m not going to touch the tissue I don’t know if it’s dirty.

This was our second time here. Always come up to the Apple Festival.

We liked that they had a full breakfast and not just a continental one.
