I thought of calling the health department.

A plastic bag of bagels on the counter was ‘breakfast’. I asked if there was any cream cheese and was told there was butter but I didn’t see any.

Room reaked of tobacco smoke. Pillow cover had a cigarette burn hole and a stain. The night stand light was rusty. Roaches were in the bathroom. Shower curtain was very moldy. Towel holder was broken and nearly falling off the wall. Bed was so uncomfortable my back was in pain. Furniture was broken. Door lock was missing.

I don’t plan on ever staying there again like roaches greeting you at the door come on so yeah won’t ever go back

the location was perfect close the highway easy to get around to places

the fact that I had to wait almost 1hr for a response to the fact that the room had a ROACH PROBLEM. ended up staying at a spot that I go to on the regular with no bugs and cleaned

It was barely breakfast no creamer for coffee no cream cheese for bagels no eggs or bacon

The room stink as soon as you get in the room someone stole my delivery order roaches in the rooms and internet connection sucked so bad I had to use my hotspot for the tv to work

cheap place but not clean AT ALL

The price is good

this place is always a dumpster fire. The short Indian manager just walked into our room very early and she was very rude. if you can get a room inside the main building they’re much better but very noisy.

ROACHES ON EVERTHING WALKED IN AND WALKED OUT. NOT BRINGS THOSE THINGS HOME. AND DEALING DRUGS OUT OF THE ROOMS. JUST PLAIN NASTY.

It was good besides couldn’t get any help when it came to getting clean wash cloths and towels.

Fast checking in & making sure that I was helped correctly.

I went to the front Desk and asked for towels and rags and got the run arounds. Wasn’t able to get them until it was time for me to check out.

Lights didn't work, wifi was out, room smelled like roach foggers, room was not ready at check in time. We couldn't access our room until 10pm because we had somewhere to be by 5pm. We had to get ready in the lobby and just check in for a room we couldn't acess as to not be charged extra.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

got a smoking room when I asked for non smoking. Within 30 seconds of me walking into the room there was a well-fed Madagascar hissing cockroach waiting on the sink for me. It was loose Hair EVERYWHERE. on the pillows, on the towels on the sink on the toilet paper. There were 10 different species of insects crawling ALL over the room . the most filthy mattress I ever seen in my entire life. Dried blood on the floor. only stayed because I was drunk and was unable to go anywhere. I slept with a blow up bed on top of the mattress.

too expensive for the quality

cleanliness was over all ok

told me the nicer room was indoors. had to pay extra for cable in a room that was in door as opossed from the smoking room I had previously purchased. the head board came down in the middle of the night so that was frightening. the water was brown and while I was packing for checkout literally at 11:00 staff came knocking on door asking us if we were leaving. the breakfast wasn’t good. very minimal to choose from.
