ARRIVAL – DEPARTURE
From Saturday at 5:00 pm until Saturday before 10:00 pm
NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
The number of tenants may not exceed 16 people (children included). In case of non-compliance with these rules, additional charges will be applied (100 € per day and per person) and will be the object of a deduction from the security deposit.
USE OF PREMISES
The tenant will occupy the premises without causing disturbance and for the intended purpose only.
All facilities are in working order, all the complaints concerning them, occurring more than 24 hours entering the premises, cannot be accepted. The repairs made necessary by the carelessness or the poor maintenance during the rental will be chargeable to the tenant.
CLEANING FEE
The end-of-stay cleaning fee does not include cleaning the kitchen.
All the furniture listed on the inventory will have to be returned to their original place.
EARLY DEPARTURE
Tenants who leave the property before the end of the agreed rental period will nevertheless pay the cost of the full period.
INSPECTION AND INVENTORY
An inspection and inventory of the furniture and fittings will be made at the start and end of the lease by the landlord and the tenant. An inventory file will be done and signed. The tenant has 24 hours to inform of any perceived irregularities. After this period, the rented properties will be considered as free of damage at the entrance of the tenant.
The security deposit will be returned within 10 days after the date of departure in the absence of degradation and subject to proper restoration of the premises (kitchen cleaning included). If the landlord finds damage, he must inform the tenant by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within a week. Consequently, he will have a period of 2 months after the departure date to return the deposit deducting damage, loss of objects ...
As regards the duly noticed deteriorations, they will be subject to a deduction on the deposit, the amount of which will be assessed by the landlord.
INSURANCE
The tenant must insure the premises rented. The tenant must therefore check that his domestic insurance policy covers holiday accommodation. In the opposite case, he must intervene with his insurance company and ask to extend the guarantee, or take out a special contract under the resort clauses.
An insurance endorsement will be requested upon delivery of the keys.
SECUTITY DEPOSIT
The amount of the deposit is set at 3000 €. No key will be issued until payment is received, balance and security deposit. The security deposit will be returned within 10 days after the date of departure in the absence of degradation and subject to proper restoration of the premises (kitchen cleaning included). If the landlord finds damage, he must inform the tenant by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and will be subject to a restraint on the deposit.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be notified to the landlord by registered letter.

Moyen avec gros potentiel
Maison a gros potentiel de part son agencement, ses espaces de vie et extérieur mais ça manque de maintenance et finition. Les photos laissent croire à une maison plus récente... elle a vécu ! Lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionne pas pour une maison accueillant 16 personnes, pas d econome ou couteaux corrects, il y a peine plus de 16 sets de couverts, certains interrupteurs allument couloirs et chambres en même temps donc dérangeant quand on est en groupe, chambres en enfilade non précisées dans l annonce (dérangeant avec enfants en bas âge)... Dommage car il y a un gros potentiel !

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sie war sauber bei de rAnkunft. Die Aussenanlage ist perfekt mit dem Pool und dem Garten. Der einzige Nachteil war das man wirklich für alles auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. Es ist alles sehr weit entfernt vom Haus.

Superbe villa confortable et bien équipée, parfaite pour un rassemblement familial.
Les chambres sont spacieuses.
Nous avons pu profiter de la véranda en décembre.
Le billard dans l'espace à vivre est un plus qui a ravi plusieurs générations !
Séjournant en hiver nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l'ensemble des espaces verts de la propriété, mais le jardin, autour de la piscine, planté de nombreuses espèces de palmiers est un régal pour les yeux !

Villa Exceptionnelle avec prestations de luxe!
La Villa est magnifique avec des pièces à vivre exceptionnelle! Lieu idéal pour se retrouver entre amis ou famille pour partager une occasion, nous avons feter l'anniversaire de mon conjoint, avec le billard, la veranda et la cuisine familiale, tout était au rendez-vous pour passer une super soirée. Petit dejeuner dans la véranda face à la piscine et les palmiers, rien de mieux pour bien commencer la journée.
Une suggestion : mettre un panneau indicatif à l'entrée de la rue avec le nom de la Villa pour un accueil encore plus VIP... nous aurions bien prolonger le week-end ! on reviendra!

Villa met diverse kleine minpuntjes (douchekoppen en WC bril kapot, oude BBQ, muggengaas gescheurd, ...) die een verblijf nog aangenamer zouden maken. Ook is de slaapkamer aan garage wel heel warm in de zomer.

Villa correspondant complètement à la description, bien entretenue et ménage au top avec des prestations haut de gamme. Environnement calme et reposant au cœur de la garrigue méridionale avec le chant des cigales.

une très bonne adresse
quelle bel endroit !!! nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable au milieu de la forêt, le jardin exotique est magnifique, il n'y a rien de plus reposant que des faire la sieste à l'ombre d'un palmier !
La villa quant à elle, est très spacieuse avec sa très belle véranda et son grand salon.
Vivement l'année prochaine car nous avons déjà prévu de revenir ici...
