В целом, хороший отель. Мы здесь отдыхали второй раз. И нам сделали апгрейд номера.

Очень дружелюбный персонал, хорошие завтраки по системе "шведский стол". На пляж ездит шаттл-бас. Очень приятный отель по разумной цене!

Отсутствует в номерах сушилка для белья. И в санузле нет или не работает вытяжка.

Great place to stay

This hotel is perfect if you are in Nusa Dua. The garden is magnificent. Very beautiful. The room is spacious and comfortable. We get an extra bed in for our 4 years old. The food is nice. There was a bbq night on a Thursday, and we recommend attending , it is really worth it. Delicious dinner. The pools are lovely, and the water is at the perfect temperature. There is a small kids club , as well. We saw some comments that the hotel needs renovation, but we didn't see any problem there. Everything is nice and clean. The staff is lovely and helpful. Made my husband's birthday perfect.

Easy, breezy beautiful older style Balinese resort

Friendly and helpful staff, especially the reception. Always met with a beautiful smile and nothing is too much for them. Very spacious room and wonderful large bathroom. Our room was ground level and only a few steps to the pool and breakfast . Plenty of chairs to lay by the pool. A shuttle bus to beach and shops. A lovely older traditional style resort. Very relaxing atmosphere. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, around 20-30 minutes (depends how fast you are!) . A little supermarket with ATM is across the road from hotel and that’s handy. Lots of restaurants and shops in a street just up the road , easy walk.

Maybe shuttle bus to beach more often than it does.

Old world elegance

The staff were exceptional, there to assist with everything. The beach club is beautiful and very easy to get to. The room was huge, the bed comfortable and the shower worked well. The breakfast was good.

super nice staff, good rooms but wouldn't stay there again.

the staff were all amazing. super friendly and welcoming. always really helpful. the bedrooms and balcony are spacious and clean. enormous and really comfortable bed, big bathroom with great shower. beautiful gardens.

the buffet breakfast was really average and the cappuccino expensive. tables weren't set and lots of food had run out and not been replaced when there was still 30 minutes left of breakfast. gym was terrible. i always book a hotel that has a fitness centre. most of the equipment either wasn't working (electrical equipment) or was physically broken, there were no towels, water or mats. it was pretty dirty. really disappointed with the gym. the absolute worst i have ever used in a hotel.

Old hotel, clean and quiet room. Everything was working great.

The room is huge with a nice patio furniture overlooking the pool and everything was working fine.

Great for relaxing by the pool

Lovely, secluded pool area with friendly staff, spacious and beautifully kept gardens. The reception help to book cars or give information about trips, always with a smile. Location is great with beach, restaurants, massages and local shops nearby. The room was simple but clean, big bathroom, and good for couples or small families.

The staff are very friendly but we felt there is a little lack of management, especially on the F&B side. Breakfast is fair, but not amazing. The one cocktail I tried by the pool was bad. There isn't much of an atmosphere about the place, but it's great for relaxing by the pool.

Great hotel and would definitely recommend if going to Nusa Dua.

Comfortable, clean, spacious room and peaceful location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Beach transfer was handy and beach area fairly well maintained. Hotel pool area nice. Breakfast was great as varied every day.

Had to wait longer one day for beach transfer as not enough room in vehicle. Beach bar not open until 11am so couldn’t get drink or food there if getting the early transport. Had to find other cafe which aren’t that close by and don’t deliver to your lounger.

Great old balinese style hotel, very quiet and calm

Great hotel in old balinese style, it can feel a little outdated, but if you are looking for this particular style it is a really beautiful hotel. It feels quiet even when it is fully booked, because it is quite big. It has very beautiful gardens and the pool area is really beautiful. Breakfast was very good with enough food options (great pancakes). They provide a transfer to the beach at certain hours. The beach itself is not fantastic, but the hotel has a small beach club with drinks and some food options.

Rooms need some painting renovation.

So good we extended our stay

The staff are always on hand to help and always happy, the pool area is lovely, we made good use of the pool table, the rooms are a really good size with a very good shower and there is a shuttle to the beach. There is also some good restaurants in a short walking distance from the hotel

Completely out of the hands but the beach had quite a bit of trash on it as the tide went out

Comfortable Hotel

Ideally located for golfers as the walk to Bali National Golf course is only 5 minutes. Nice quiet hotel with very large clean rooms. The pool is clean. Still Balinesey with hanging gardens etc. Food quite nice with restaurant near pool.

Nothing to complain about. Happy with the whole place.

Exceptional staff

The best part of the stay is the staff. They are very helpful and answers all your question with a smile. I also like that the room is very spacious.

Some parts of the hotel are a bit old, but I think it gives the hotel it's charm.

Wonderful Stay in Nusa Dua

They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We had a late evening flight home. We were able to store our luggage with them, use the pool and finally use a hospitality room (free of charge) to get ready for our flight! There is a free shuttle bus to take you to the beach or to Bali Collection! Also the beach is private for hotel customers. The meals are very affordable and the 2 swimming pools are fabulous! The hotel was very restful and quiet. Wonderful and friendly staff.

Very good

it is a beautiful property, like a super big villa with beautiful pool and well maintained garden. the room is huge and grand with a spacious bathroom and decent size balcony. the staffs are super kind and all smiles, especially the ladies at the reception, they are just outstanding!! the nice litte private beach with daily shuttle every 2 hours is so perfect. great value for money.

i feel that this property could have an update and refreshment in few items. it feels “dated” and gloom, and we understand the covid hits Bali tourism hard. we can feel that they’re not fully bounced back from that by not so many staff around, variety in the breakfast. we went to pool in the morning, and up until late evening our used towel is still lying there without any staff collecting it. some corridors we see haven’t been mopped for few days because we keep seeing the dead butterfly on the same spot for 3 days. the pool could be little cleaner as well. but apart from that, we enjoyed the stay 🙂

Beautiful place

Very cosy and beautiful hotel, really nicely arranged pool area. Far from the beach but they provide free transfer to the beach 4 times a day - where you get sunbed with mattress and beach towel. Nice beach there, water is not clean but it is a common theme on Bali. Beach is much quieter there with smaller waves as it is hidden by peninsula. Room is spacious and has everything you need. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided daily. Buffet breakfast - was good but nothing special. You can find some nice places to eat not far away as well as convenient stores. 3 min away from hotel you can buy sim card

WiFi was almost not working at all. It was poorly working only at the pool area but not in the room. It was ok for us as we bought local sim card.

Great value for money

First of all, manage your expectation: this is an older hotel in traditional Balinese style. So if you’re looking for ultra luxurious design or modern youthful hotel, this is not it. Having said that, this hotel is an excellent value of money. Clean spacious rooms with comfortable bed and aircon that works, beautiful Balinese furniture and decor, big bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, nice pools. A shuttle bus will take you to the private beach and nearby restaurants/shops. Didn’t use the gym or the restaurant, so can’t say anything about that.

*Not sure how to explain this, but the closet in the bedroom smells like ‘old wood’? (but other than that, all furnitures work fine). *I would welcome an update of the fridge and faucet in the bathroom (although again, they still function alright). *There is no restroom or change room at the beach club, and I’d wish the staff would actively and continuously remove thrash from the beach (sometimes debris will drift from the sea). Pretty sure they can handle more than just handing out beach towels.

Pleasant stay

We stayed here for 1 days as we had a lovely relaxing time. The pool is set in a lovely setting , we went to the beach club a few times as well again brilliant setting and people. We check-in quite late at 9.30pm and the hotel restaurant had closed. The receptionist has helped us ordering online food. It was indeed an immense help. The staff are truly kind.

Breakfast is not so fantastic. As we can see flies on the food.
