Ubicación

Si abrías la ventana rota de la habitación 115 te encontrabas con todos los aparatos, motores y maquinaria del aire acondicionado, vamos, un ruido tremendo. Y al estar rota la ventana no insonorizaba. Creo que cuando alquilan ese tipo de habitaciones deben avisar primero o dejarlas más baratas. No se puede dormir

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, jó rá-érték arány.

Kiválló elhelyezkedésű szálloda. Pontosan azt kaptuk, amit a képeken bemutattak. A reggeli elegendő volt és választékos, a szállodában naponta takarítottak. Ár-érték arányban nagyon kiváló.

A megérkezésünk napján a recepciós hölgy arra az egyszerű, angol kérdésre nem tudott válaszolni, hogy hol lesz másnap a reggeli, javasolt egy helyet 15 kilométerre:-) Reggel aztán az új recepciósnak nem jelentett gondot a kérdés.

Budget friendly hotel located in the city center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Great location in the city center, near to main street with a lot of stores and restaurants The room was very confortable, the room is more classic but the bathroom was very modern

Location is very nice, a lot to do around.

I paid for breakfast and only had a few things to eat, nothing to offer other than Spanish breakfast, no eggs of any type, and no Western breakfast, but there are places just outside the building that offers good breakfast for less than 5 Euros even McDonald's is in the corner of the building.

Convenient for the port

Good location close to plenty of bars and restaurants etc. Was perfect for a one night stay before picking up a cruise ship the next day

Not really the hotels fault, but was very noisy 7am truck parked just under our window, loading /unloading making a lot of noise

It was ok but things could have been better.

One pillow, the little blue light on the television was very annoying when trying to get to sleep, the noise in the corridor (people talking) very late at night, banging doors late at night.

Central location for the Santa Cruz Festival and good bed

Windows don't close properly which let's in a lot of noise in the night The bathroom didn't have shampoo and the main door of the room didn't close well and you had to push it twice to make sure it locks
