The receptionist Marzia was so helpful, polite, friendly and full of positive vibed

We got a double room. The standard of the bathroom is not a 4 star, needs a make-over. The toilet seat was loose , cracks on its floor so there was water leaking on the floor.

I have been traveling to four and five star hotels for 30years. It seems that the staff at B&B Hotel Chioggia have forgotten that they’re in the industry of service. The treatment of people at this property is appalling. Almost none of the amenities listed on booking.com were present in working order (a complete fraud).Advertised as year round but amazingly amenities only exist until September. No spa no pool no activities just closed outlets. The last night despite sweltering heat the hotel decided to turn off the climate control in rooms forcing our room above 30c ( dangerous with two infants). The food was worse than the staff, constantly undercooked pasta (not al dente), risotto was watery without flavor, a bean soup that was a can of Mexican refried beans with water and the same chicken dish for dinner 3 times in one week. I would camp in a cardboard box on the street before I paid to suffer under the hands of these imbeciles again. Please bring back the service professionals in Italy, it used to be a model for the world. By booking.com four stars, for anyone with experience it was not a two star hotel by standards.

It could have been better with more attention to the cleaning.

Perfect for a family holiday. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The property is renovated and has its own parking, which is fundamental in the high season, it is easy to unload your luggage especially if you have kids ( buggies lift etc )and very close to Stella Maris, one of the best new beaches where you can find a fantastic restaurant called Il Tavernino.

The room was not cleaned properly when I arrived ( I found someone else’s cut nails under the night table ) but when I complained, the hotel staff was very responsive and they sorted it out in a matter of minutes by sending a cleaner for an extra cleaning and this time it was properly cleaned.

Nagyon jó hotel

The hotel has a good location and a private pool. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is very kind and helpful, this is especially true for those working in the restaurant area.

The bed was a little uncomfortable for us.

According to the booking bikes for free were included in the booking, which the receptionist confirmed at the check in. Everytime we asked for them there was another excuse. In the evening all were broken, in the morning all gone...how is this possible if all are broken? Obviously both a lie. Apart from that, the car park was full of bikes all day.

Very nice, ocean hotel close to the beach and city center. Nice swimming pool. Bikes to rent for free.

Economic room is very small, enough for 2-3 days, but not longer.

Nice and modern renovated hotel with swimming pool.

Poorly organized parking and one-way access to the hotel parking. Cars often block places and access. They wanted to keep our passports at the reception until the departure date. The staff (2 ladies) was not helpful and professional on the day of our arrival 23.6.2021.
