Fabulous location for town walking and lovely helpful friendly staff. The property was exceptionally clean and we enjoyed the daily breakfast. Lovely place to stay as our first stop on the Algarve. Louis and the team were wonderfully friendly and professional, Love to return someday.
care to be taken in the car park as we were almost hemmed in this morning due to a delivery truck parking alongside us and other vehicles moving around the park while we were trying to exit. Maybe guest parking only on the back fence area would prevent Kettle tea and coffee in the room would have been preferable.

Easy to find. Clean and comfy, quiet room. Lovely staff.
Supriseingly good breakfast selection. Went above and beyond to cater for my gluten free diet. Really good restaurant next door. Great for an overnight.
Whilst it suited us, hotel is located just outside main town and close to a road junction. Fine for an overnight stay but I wouldn't want to stay in that location for long. As staff were so great we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff very helpful. Excellent, excellent, excellent breakfast. Beds comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Wardrobe space and shelves. Some English channels on TV. Free parking on site. Excellent mini fridge. Lovely toiletries. Nice size pool for a good swim and OPEN.
Would have preferred a kettle instead of coffee machine. Took a while to find the hotel.

This was a wonderful little hotel. Very comfortable size, very clean, and interesting decor. I don't think you could get better value, it really provided everything we needed for a very reasonable cost. The breakfast was good, the air conditioning worked well, the shower worked well, the wifi was good, and the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There is a large pool area with comfortable seating, and a terrace where you can take your breakfast (ours was included in the price and had good variety). There is a restaurant at the hotel that looked very good but unfortunately was closed the two days we were there for the holiday. The hotel is a bit removed from the town of Tavira, about a 15-minute walk and there are parts of the road with no sidewalks, so we walked there during the day only and drove there at night, but it was easy to find parking. Tavira itself is a lovely town with a beautiful river running through the middle. Not a beach town so not as touristy, which we really liked.
I can't think of any negatives, a really lovely hotel.

A small hotel with everything
Free parking
Good free Internet
Close to town
Swimming pool ( not heated)
Decent breakfast
Super nice bar/ restaurant with takeaway
Clean in all areas
For those sensitive to traffic noise, it is placed on a busy main road
There are good insulated windows but they do not cut out all of the noise

No fuss, good clean and functional.
Fast check in.
My room was on the roadside of the building, that can get a little noisy at peak times.

QUALITY: (Young lady) Receptionist extremely helpful in advising about my SEF appointment today (stayed only one night) in terms of knowledge of city and transport. Small hotel, very clean, modern, great room with excellent TV system etc. Comfortable and friendly. First class breakfast for 15 euros (not expensive for the products offered). Excellent location - taxi to centre 10 minutes away. 100% recommended. Many Thanks. Peter K.
Nothing to dislike.
Nothing at all.

Staff was outstanding, check in was seamless and was surprised about the breakfast spread where the sweets table was made up of homemade Portuguese breakfast delicacies.
However, at night the noise from the hallway was loud and clear. Would be nice if there is a safe path to cross the highway as it was walking distance to the historic section of town.

Very clean, great breakfast
There are no sidewalks outside the hotel, you must walk along a busy thoroughfare to get into town, with the traffic passing very close to you sometimes

The swimming pool is a plus. The bed was really comfortable. Nice private balcony! Super breakfast
The room was a bit small. 1.5km from the city center, better with the car.

Unfortunately next to a very busy main road which made a walk into town a bit tricky. However, the room was very well soundproofed so traffic noise wasn't a problem at all.

Nice aircon, very clean rooms. Really liked the option of having three single beds. Worked perfectly for us. Breakfast was fantastic.
Just a bit further from main strip, but that’s nothing that can be changed. Within walking distance, but next to large busy road with very little shoulder so had to drive into town.

Had large private terrace direct off the room which had 2 sun loungers and table and chairs.

The location was very centrally located near Tavira and the outdoor pool was nice with a comfortable, shaded patio area adjacent. The breakfast buffet had a very good, extensive selection which is par-for-the-course at most Portuguese hotels.
The rooms were small like large closets. The elevator was extremely slow and hot so much so that we thought we were going to be trapped in it and it took forever to get to the second floor. Needless to day , we always took the stairs thereafter which lacked handrails which made using them also difficult for us seniors. The room A/C unit was just awful and never adequately cooled off the room. By having to remove the only key we were given , it forced all the electricity off so we couldn’t even leave the A/C somewhat on while we were gone so we returned to a steamy, hot and stuffy room.
