Location and everything else about this property was outstanding. However, there need to be an upgrade with the entertainment services, no English-speaking channel. I understand we are in Spain however people do spend some nights in, and it would be nice to have language options/English subtitles.

- AC is weak! Does not get cold in rooms
- VERY tight bedrooms and bathrooms (barely had a place to lay my suitcase)
- On a busy street (not quiet )
-small amount of mold in the showers, mold inside the washing machine (my mom ended up having to clean it out) and the furniture was not dusted
-bathrooms did not have a fan so humidity often went into neighboring rooms making it very hard for AC to cool the place.
- ***For my American tourists, when we arrived at the house, the AC was set at 23 degrees C (73 degrees in F). We lowered the AC down to 18 degrees C for the night (64 degrees in F) and it was just not lowering. It was extremely warm and uncomfortable the first night we were there. We asked the check in person to send someone to check it. Turns out the filters were completely disgusting and were clearly never cleaned! We also asked for check in man to provide us with fans and he did. The second night there was much more comfortable!***

Highly recommended and will definitely go back! Pictures are accurate. Place was clean and modern. A/C was a welcoming respite from the heat. Location was close to the action without being in it. Everything was walkable. The terrace was outstanding and the view can’t be beat!

The apartment was a bit tight but accommodated 6 of us comfortably. It is well located and allows easy access to major sites. Clean, well furnished and near good local eateries. Whole process of renting and installation very smooth with excellent host contact. Only problem was a poorly functioning clothes dryer. High recommendation over all.

The property was probably nice at one time but it’s very run down now. The couch was dirty and worn. It was covered with a dirty and worn furniture cover that didn’t help. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the linens were mismatched. The oven didn’t work nor did the lights over the stove. We were disappointed.

A wonderful stay at Sepulveda 156
A great location and apartment, even if on a very busy street. Airport bus a block away, good food and bakery stores around the corner, and a wonderful slow food restaurant right across the street, Due Spaghi.
The apartment in a new building was very clean, secure, and beautiful. Alex who met us promptly at 4 pm on the appointed day was helpful, and we felt right at home. All in all, a great base from which to visit the city of Barcelona. Thank you!

Obwohl wir erst um Mitternacht ankamen, wartete ein Herr auf uns und hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt. Tolle Küche (welche wir nicht gebraucht haben) schöne Badezimmer. Die Schlafzimmer waren klein aber genügend. Die Lage ist top: Bus ca. 200m, Airportbus auch, Markthalle ganz nah. Besser kann es gar nicht sein. Jederzeit wieder!
Mit 6 Personen könnte es allerdings etwas eng werden.

This location was great. The metro subway was very close.
The street noise was crazy with the windows open. It would have been beneficial to have english instructions for using the stove, oven, washer, dryer and the air conditioner. The beds were not the greatest either. The furniture was very outdated and uncomfortable. The property management team were terrific.

Excelente ubicación y muy bien equipado.
Un apartamento muy bien equipado, con una ubicación excelente, cerca de la estación Urgell. Desde el aeropuerto el Aerobus nos dejó a muy pocas cuadras. Nos alojamos 5 personas y no hemos tenido ningún tipo de problema. Debo destacar también la amable atención de Isa, quien nos recibió, y de Francisco quien muy gentilmente nos dió indicaciones del lugar.
El apartamento es muy cálido, así como sus dueños.

Homey home away from home!
We were very comfortable in this apartmenttems. . It's small, but cozy. The beds were fine as were the bathrooms and kitchen which contained ample towels, cleaning supples and even spices and other cooking items. We were welcomed with fruit & paper towels. They forgot one needed item: soap for the bathrooms. The location was convenient to public transportation, grocery stores & restaurants, and walking distance to various sights.
All in all, a good place to stay. There were four of us for 8 days. Francisco, one of the owners , was very helpful and kind. We appreciated all his assistance because a mistake was initially made about the location of our reservation. This is a good choice for two, three or four people. Thanks again to Francisco!

Hier machen sie nichts verkehrt
Empfang: Zur Begrüßung gab es vom Vermieter Obst und Kaffeekapseln. Alles sehr freundlich und gut organisiert. Die Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt. Einrichtung wie Fernseher, Küchenmaterialien etc. alles in einem guten Zustand. Man sollte jedoch nicht mit mehr als 6 Personen anreisen, dadrüber würde es doch arg eng werden, zumal Staumöglichkeiten für Wäsche nicht ausreichend vorhanden sind und man sich darauf einstellen muss, zum Teil aus dem Koffer zu leben. Die Badezimmer sind groß genug, dass auch zwei sie gleichzeitig benutzen könnten. Zur Lage: In 10 Minuten ist man auf der Rampla, Metro- und Busstationen sind in der Nähe. Restaurants, Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch. In der Summe: Nicht Perfekt, aber der Preis ist ja auch günstig!

Appartement idéalement situé, à 5mn de la station URGELL à pied qui permet d'aller partout. Supermarché à proximité (au moins 4, il y en a juste en traversant la rue et assez grand et pas chère avoir des produits locaux).
L'appartement est très confortable, très propre, la est rue calme. Conforme en tout point à la description de l'annonce. Depuis que nous réservons avec ce site, c'est le plus propre, le mieux placé et avec l'ensemble des commodités (internet, parking avec gardien, draps et serviettes supplémentaires, deux machines à café)).
Le propriétaire est un monsieur très gentil, qui nous super bien accueilli à notre arrivé. Si nous revenons à Barcelone nous louerons sans hésiter cet appartement et le conseillerons vivement à nos amis.

Siamo stati in sette, due adulti e tre bambini, per quattro notti. L'appartamento é ben studiato e ben arredato, c'è tutto ció che occorre, anche se una camera matrimoniale era troppo stretta, il passaggio di pochi centimetri non consentiva di aprire l'armadio e la porta esterna. Tutto sommato, però, siamo stati bene e la vicinanza al centro consente di muoversi anche a piedi. Bellissima vacanza pasquale! Un saluto al proprietario e arrivederci alla prossima vacanza.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement qui est très propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons séjourné à 5 et les 3 chambres ainsi que les 2 salles de bain sont très pratiques.
Les tiroirs et armoires regorgent de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin...
Il est idéalement situé, près du métro et des lignes de bus.
Nous avons été accueillis par un monsieur très sympathique, parlant français, qui nous a ramené des fruits et autres victuailles.
Je recommande vivement cette location, qui a contribué à ce que l'on passe un séjour de rêve pour visiter cette magnifique ville qu'est Barcelona.
