Clean and tidy 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house. Big balcony to take in the wonderful view. Great entertaining areas. There are 5 queen beds and 4 singles. Two large entertaining areas - including a table tennis table. Laundry facilities including dryer. Fully renovated in the last 2 years. Fully self contained. Plenty of parking for cars and boat. Only 20 metres to beach. Big backyard for children. Suit two families.

Walking distance to Busselton Jetty, Observatory, Nautical Lady fun park, town centre, shops, restaurants. Minutes from magnifcent surf and fishing beaches and wineries.

The property was perfect for our family. Close to the beach ( across the road) works well with little ones. Walking distance to town and a great cycle/ walk path to use. Once again ideal for little ones on scooters and beginners. We would definitely stay there again.

As other reviews said more pictures on website would be beneficial, it is much bigger than expected and lock on upstairs bathroom also would be good. We loved our stay, location is perfect and direct beach access across the road an added bonus. Only suggestion is perhaps a booklet explaining things - we had no idea when rubbish bins needed to go out and they were full on our arrival - noticed the garbage truck coming when walking at 7am one morning - it was a sprint back to put them out lol. It's a great house for 2 families and everything you need is provided!

This superbly located big house directly over the road from the beach, is ideal for large groups. It is spacious and well equipped with facilities and utensils. The leisure room is a wonderful play area for children. The lack of wifi and air conditioning throughout is a negative. Some of the furniture, including the beds; need updating. When one considers that the owner is commanding top dollar for this property, it certainly is not value for money.

Amazing house for a couple of families. Perfect for families with teen children. Close to jetty and town, basketball courts, football oval and straight across the road from a quiet beach. Bedding comfortable and warm. Great configuration of bathrooms and toilets. Laundry to wash/dry so you don’t have to take it home with you. Great showers with good pressure. Bar fridge for extra drinks and ping pong table for hours of entertainment. Great backyard to kick a ball and beautiful upstairs patio to watch sunrises and sunsets. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of plates, cutlery, glassware and a full size fridge/freezer. This is our third time staying here and we will definitely return again.

This property was lovely, right across from the beach with an amazing view. Everyone loved it in our group of 12, the bathroom upstairs does need a lock but if you know someone is in there it is no issue. But would definitely stay again for a larger group. The listing does need to be updated with photos of the downstairs area as we didn’t realise there was 2 separate living areas with basically another kitchen which made everything so much better. thank you for letting us stay in your amazing accommodation and look forward to staying again.

great location. ocean views from the balcony. 15 minute walk to town. more photos of inside the house would be beneficial. there is a whole separate living area downstairs including kitchenette, bathroom and family room. A lock on the bathroom door upstairs would be good too.

Linga Longa is a Great House for a Large Family. The location is excellent as is the layout of the house. Across the road from the Beach and walking distance from Busselton's many Bars and Restaurants. The only criticism was the outside area could be a little cleaner with cobwebs and sand and leaves around the windows and doors. Overall the House is a excellent choice for your stay at Busselton.

Everything we needed for a 3 generations beach holiday. Very clean and comfortable. A wonderful, relaxed time was had by all and all voted to repeat annually. Only suggestions are for screens on the ground floor windows and maybe WIFI.

The house is lovely and clean and well fitted out. The owners were wonderful and responsive when we had an issue with the quality of some mattresses and a broken fan. Fixed same day! It has a fabulous view and the beach just across the road is lovely and quiet. We would love to come back.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Plenty of room. Beautiful view. Lovely glassware and plates (although there wasn’t enough forks, knives for the amount of people it sleeps so take some plastic ones. There also wasn’t any tongs which made bbqing interesting. The table on balcony should be replaced as it is framed with metal which made leaning on it or sitting on the benches very hot so we had to cover it all with towels. But overall beautiful stay. Loved we could walk across the road for a swim or around the block to a big oval and small playground for the little one.

The house had plenty of room for a large group of friends. It was so nice to watch the sunsets over the ocean from the balcony. It has everything you need including a BBQ and is a short walk into town. The home owner was very easy to deal with and answered all my questions. I would stay here again.

Amazing location with so much for kids to do right at your doorstep. A walk to the beach, day at the basketball/netball courts, oval nearby, cycle to the jetty or skatepark. Many beds and bathrooms makes this house great for 2-3 families to share. BYO linen makes the price very affordable. Lots of fridge space, extra fridge downstairs made a great drinks fridge leaving upstairs fridge for food. Afternoon nibbles on the balcony were a delight to enjoy the sunset and a great place to enjoy a morning cuppa! House was nice and warm on a cold winter’s weekend.
