Location- perfect 👌
Not much amenities in the room- Kettle and microwave present but no coffee. The hair dryer was not in a usable condition.

We really liked the location of the apartment. It was super central and still really quite inside. The courtyard was cosy. Bests were really comfortable.

The apartment is beautiful from outside as well as inside. The location is very nice and kitchen is fine. Everything promised was there and there was access to open area in the yard like a beautiful little garden where u could sit, eat and relax
You cannot get a taxi to go to the railway station or anywhere so if you don't have a car and have luggage, it can be a nightmare.
We asked for extra toilet paper and the caretaker repeated two three times that we are supposed to buy it ourselves. This was a little embarrassing because I have never experienced such little toilet paper available and then asking guests to go and buy it even when they are only for 2 nights. It annoyed me.
I asked for booking a taxi but it was not available and the answer was very cold that I should find out on my own. May be the caretaker was right that no taxi came in the city but they have to find a solution for the same. My husband had a back pain and it was very difficult for us to make it to our train in the morning. Everything in the apartment is beautiful but clumsy. The bed is not comfortable either. And the plugs are difficult. The bath tube is a little impractical.

Fantastic location in the heart of Colmar old town. So convenient for everything, yet still managed to be a quiet oasis away from the crowds
The pillows were too hard and despite a vet comfy bed we didn’t sleep well

The studio was quirky and the location fantastic. Being right in the heart of the Old Tower meant that we could do our sightseeing at leisure before and after the day trippers have left! A special thank/you to Franck, the concierge, for being really helpful

Unique room/accomodation. Optimal use of limited space. Great decor. Lovely kitchen with dishwasher. Owner was superfriendly and helpful. Location is unbeatable
Bath facilities. The tub is in the same space as the beds, kitching/living, separated by a room separator. Even though the tub was great, having a quick shower was challenging/almost impossible.

- The location is absolutely great. Right in the middle of the old town, but on a little courtyard off the main street. Making it surprisingly tranquil.
It's a bit of an adventure to get your car there to offload luggage (if you are by car). You have to navigate small streets, full of tourists and then make a big turn to go under the archway leading to the courtyard. Which is narrow and cobbled. BUT doable! You can't leave your car there, but there are parking garages nearby which are expensive.
You can also use the parking garages just outside the old town, like Lacarre, which adds up to 3 euros per 24h.
- Look for Le croissant doré, a 2 min walk from where you are. Great for a breakfast with coffee and pastry.
- Good, big bed. Memory foam like and it feels a bit 'heavy' but sleep really well.
- Place can do with a bit of love, by altering water worn cupboard door. A solution to the lack of airflow and the bath tub thing, as mentioned.
But for a couple of days it's a great location and not that expensive.
- The bath tub in the main area was not great. It was impossible to keep surrounding area dry, also cos the shower was hand held.
The tap to fill the tub didn't work, so you could only use the shower head.
Toilet room was fine, but didn't leave any room to use as bathroom, meaning a basin to do make up, brush teeth etc.
But there's a kitchen, so that's what I used.
- There's no option to air the room, but to open the front french doors.
At night this is no option as it's also the entrance and leaves you vulnerable to uninvited guests.
Should have a top window in the door, that you can leave open on a latch.
As it's really the basement area, it starts to smell a bit 'moldy' after the doors have been closed all day when you've been out.
- It's impersonal. You book via Booking.com. You get messages from a so called mrs. Thomas, the owner who unfortunately can't meet you herself, but to contact someone called Franck. Which you do to agree to a time to meet at the location for the key and payment. There a third person waits to meet you.
All good and nothing gone wrong, but it's very via via via.

The location was excellent. We were met at the property and Guillame took care of all of our needs. Great fully stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and strong WiFi.
Only strange thing was a free standing tub behind a screen , which was next to the kitchen. No shower. No problem for us, but could be a problem for some.

Cute and quirky apartment.
Excellent location.
Very quiet.
I couldn’t seem to find a sharp knife to cut fruit or a bread knife.
But this is minor stuff, I loved my stay!
