really no gym, just a treadmill and a couple kettlebells. the pool was nearly the same temp as the hot tub, needs to be a little cooler

The hotel is well located, the building itself is beautiful and the interior as well. We had a very spacious room with a nice view and a big bathroom. There's a spa area included which was quite nice and not crowded. What was crowded though was the breakfast area, this hotel is popular because it's a very good deal, so you see many people in the restaurant for breakfast, it's a bit uncomfortable, but the staff does their best to refill all the food regularly.
I can't think of anything

Lovely room, perfect location, helpful staff and great breakfast
8.0
nice and friendly, helpful staff that help us decide which treks to take
when you state SPA we expected to get , well some kind of a SPA where you can relax after a 8-9 hours trek . Well there is nothing even close to a SPA- so don’t count on it

Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was included in our stay and wonderful. The staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again
Noise travels easily through the walls however we found everyone to be as respectful of that as possible. A coat rack or hooks would be nice in the room. We did however have plenty of shelves for our other clothes.

beautiful. near Fitz Roy trail. amazing buffet breakfast opened early at 6:30.
expensive but was very nice so you get what you pay for.

breakfast is really good, staff was nice to give us some bathrobes for the spa even if our room wasn't a premium one.
Spa has wet and dry sauna which is nice after a day of hiking.
The spa is small and the day we were there the jacuzzi was not working, (it's worth mentioning for europeans that is a clothed spa)
apparently only the "premium rooms" get a bathrobe for the spa, which is ridiculous given that we paid already a very high amount.
the room is small for the amount we paid
Wifi is not even enough to upload pictures to social media during the afternoon

Staff was friendly all the time. They suggested hikes and restaurants.

spacious rooms , good amenities . location is perfect ( close to almost all the treks start point (Laguna Capri, Fitz Roy, Laguna de Los tres , Chorillo de Salto , Laguna torre )..
wifi isnt good ( but that’s with all the properties I assume ) ..this could get a higher rating if staff is trained a bit more ( not to say they are bad) everyone was helpful. but lacks attention to details.

Loved the pool and sauna - perfect for post-hike relaxation. Customer service at front desk was amazing. Breakfast was also great.
Wifi was a bit patchy however this was expected as El Chaltén is a small rural town. The walls of the rooms are also very thin / floors were squeaky and we woke up numerous times throughout the night to people talking, walking, or hearing people’s alarms / phones ringing.

The staff are so kind and spa is good. When we go to the bus terminal and ask the staff to call us a taxi, they take us to the bus terminal by their car for free!

The location is perfect... Bear restaurant and near to the start of the mail trekking trail.
Rooms are nice and fully equipped .. Spa is super nice...
Wifi from the room was terrible and also from other places. There is no normal mobile reception in El Chalten so WiFi becomes crucial...

The room was big & comfortable, the spa was good
Poor WiFi connection with no cellular data in town. The watter in the toilet didn't flash well.

The room is big and clean. Warm and comfortable. Windows very well isolated. Breakfast is good with reasonable variety.
Coffee at breakfast can be a bit stronger. 😀

The window is rather small to allow fresh air in the room. Did not cool down very much.

beautiful building. room had a newer look but with some rustic charm. had a lot of the amenities you might find in the US and able to charge drinks and dinner to room tab.
small window only let a small amount of air into room for those that like to sleep cold.

5-star hotel so ya. it delivered. also a nice restaurant attached
i thought the one-hour limit on the spa was a little stringent. asked a few times but they wouldn’t let us get around this restriction
