The place is ok but it is impossible to sleep

Location

Paid for 2 nights and ended leaving after the first night. I understand it's meant for young people but the rooms next to me were partying in the room until 5am when I asked the reception to intervene. At 8am sharp they started again and the staff did not seem to care. They did not apologize nor offer any kind of refund or room change.

First time in Ibiza and had lots of fun. Receptionist helped us a lot

Very friendly receptionist, good deals offered at reception for activities around the area, good area - big supermarket close by, 7 mins walk to 2 ports

Balcony was nice, and the music from the pool was amazing. Also the room had tons of space.

Beds were hard, the pullout couch wasn't really a pullout coach, just two separate foam mats stacked on eachother. Also power kept cutting out

Superb

Superb location (really close from Figueretes and Playa del Bossa beach). The staff were so helpful and friendly with all of us. The pool and the drinks were really great too.

Perfect for relaxing after intense parties

The pool and pub with summer cocktails made for a perfect relaxing day while recovering from the previous night. The windows isolated the sound pretty well, so no matter how much partying everyone was doing outside you could still sleep as long as needed.

Lack of some kitchenware and oven to help with meal preparation.

our room smelled like cocaine and there were only sheets on the bed, no comforter, so it was quite cold at night. pillows are super flat as well

budget-wise, it was one of the best deal of the area

it’s clear that the average customers are not treating the place in a respectful way. not really tidy, we found a condom (thankfully closed) on top of a wardrobe. we were staying in one apartment for 7 people with 1 bathroom, I think this was the biggest challenge.
