Super clean rooms, spacious

The room wass quiet. Check-in was easy, and staff was friendly.
Casale Paradiso is a short walk from town, which was hosting a musical performance the night we were there. In town, there are various restaurants. It also is a short drive down to the coast.
The view of the valley was nice.
It was cold. The radiators turned-off in the early evening, and our combination heater/air conditioner did not work.
When we checked-out at the correct time, there was no one working at the desk. We were forced to just leave the key in the flower pot near the office door. Hopefully, they found it?

Magnifique panorama

Despite arriving at late night (1am), after few tries of contact, we were warmly welcomed by the host :)
No air-conditioning.

The host, the people
The location and getting there are more burdensome than initially thought.
If the objective is to go hiking, the location and area are great.

Away from the chaos of the Amafli Coast. A great hidden gem to truly unwind and relax. We slept very well the three nights we stayed. There are great restaurants with affordable food, as well as the restaurant below the rooms. The whole area is gorgeous; everything is picturesque. Not noted in the room description - a beautiful little balcony.
To get there is uphill. All uphill. Prepare yourself.
It is also difficult to get to - there is a 5080 bus that will get you to San Lazarro, but the chaos of the SITA bus is not for the faint of heart.
There is a lot of action in the restaurant. Music plays late into the evening. It didn’t bother us, but good to be aware of. Many community kids play here, which we found very charming but May not be to your preference.

Clean room, bed was very comfortable. Lovely atmosphere. I was greeted by the owner on my arrival, & given refreshments, as I was utterly exhausted from a 30min uphill walk with a 20kg backpack.(56% humidity didnt make it any pleasenter)
Clearly a family run hotel serving homemade food & drinks. Great atmosphere with children playing & enjoying life.
Barely any english spoken though. Even though the family did try to to converse, it was all in italian
Very minimal to no english spoken. This place pretty much caters to italian speakers only.
Checkout time was 1030. When I arrived back to my riom after breakfast at 915, the cleaner had already entered my room and had clearly been there for some time. She had put all my belongings into my pack, 😠 and was reluctant to let me in to collect my belongings, as she had just mopped the floor. Due to the language issue, I could not relay this to management.
Location was hard to get to by foot. If you are driving, should be no problem

Friendly staff, clean, quiet, free welcome drink!! about 40mins- 1 hour away from the closest beach by bus (quicker with car) but sooo worth it, lovely town and beautiful setting, was nice to get away from the tourist central places. Would recommend staying up here, would definitely come back again.

loved it! my room was the top floor attic room and it was so cute and cozy. great to get away from the business of amalfi coast but still experience it during the day
can be difficult to get to…there is a bus from amalfi but last one is at 9pm and otherwise you are taking a very expensive cab ride

I really loved my stay here. The room was spacious with an amazing view. The food served at the restaurant was also incredible... they make a lot of it themselves in their cellar (cheese, prosciutto, wine, etc). And most importantly, the family who own this property are super warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was a good one. Grazie mille!

Very friendly staff! Spacious and very clean room. Restaurant with good options for dinner and breakfast, at very good prices. We would repeat!
Location somewhat off the beaten track of the Amalfi coast, but worth it for the views of the coast from that (up high) location.

The room was very suitable for a family, big and clean.
Be careful while entering the address into Google Maps. There exist two alternative roads and the one which turns left right after the tunnel is curvy and narrow. The breakfast was a standard Italien breakfast, nothing special, packed biscuits and croissants, No cheese or ham

Very nice traditional Italian food (more a surprise than a la carte) with fair price. People were very nice and the location is suitable for hikers

Casale Paradiso host was the most pleasant human being, was helpful with everything that we needed. We were welcomed with a glass of homemade wine and it was esqusite.
The surondings is country style, quiet and peaceful, lots of fresh air and beautiful nature scenery. Warmly recomend this place.

Lovely family with three young boys under 10. Very clean room and bathroom. Wonderful welcome with a glass of homemade wine. Easy street parking outside the B&B. Nice breakfast with good coffee.
We travelled from the Amalfi Coast to this B&B by car and it was a 45 minute drive through curves and mountains, crazy local drivers and meeting buses on single lane bridges. Not recommended for the fainthearted.
There was no air conditioning in our room but with the window open it was fine up in the mountains. The B&B is also the family home and a pizzeria, our room was next to the terrace of the pizzeria and we had the family party noise until 1am, despite asking for some quiet it was impossible to stop the shouts, screams and laughter and arguments and moving of all the furniture inside and outside the pizzeria! We finally got to sleep when the family went inside. Then at 6am we woke up thinking the room was on fire because of the smoke entering the room. Luckily no fire in our room, they were starting the fire in the pizza oven. We tried to go back to sleep but the smoke gave my husband an asthma attack and then the family started their day and the children with excited screams and shouting with their brothers.
We left absolutely exhausted and my husband particularly bad with his chest and breathing.
I understand it's the family home but it's also a business. If this is the daily routine then have guests stay in a room at the back of the property where they won't be disturbed.
