The McCloud Hotel was comfortable and charming and provided the perfect respite on our long drive.

The breakfast at the McCloud Hotel was superb! A delicious array of choices greeted us in the morning.

We can't think of anything that needed improvement.

Great deluxe stop while on a long road trip.

Room was nice, great bathtub. Staff were very friendly. Had a nice chat with the owner. Meal at Sage was fantastic. Very quiet for a good night's rest.

Super comfortable bed. Very quiet, charming hotel.

Room needed maintenance. Bathroom floor dirty. Called for two days and maibox was full. Pretty much self serve hotel. Should have coffee in lobby earlier than 8am

I loved the hotel, the amenities, and the grounds.

I had a wonderful stay at The McCloud Hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was simple and clean. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great!

When I showed up there was a very friendly gentleman who was a manager or owner. He was visiting with a couple who was staying there. He let me know my key was at the front desk but he gave me no direction on where my room was. I just started wandering around and I found my room. The gentleman was very friendly and cheerful. I wish he would have just asked me if I needed any further help.

The ambience of this 100+ year old hotel was wonderful. The room was large, the bed very comfortable and the amenities great.

Location was amazing with Mt Shasta as a backdrop. Great coffee from Starbucks. Good water pressure and shower is always a plus!
