Lovely property, well presented and had the space we needed. Hot tub was a great extra. The area is great and lots of places to visit within easy reach. Short walk to the beach. The road is quite busy but drivers are generally very considerate when you are walking into the village. Good off street parking and nice enclosed garden. Lovely views out the back across fields. Good restaurant across the road (weekends only).
Overall a very pleasant stay.

Boon cottage
Nice property, could do with a bit of painting in places, had a lovely stay there in and out of the hot tub and sauna, about a half an hour walk to the beach, be careful as there's no foot paths in places, would recommend for a long weekend, Note there is not a lot of cubard spaces for storing your food had to leave it it in bag's under the stairs.

Excellent vacation
Easy to book and very informative and helpful communication with owner. The property itself was beautiful and true to the pictures. The area around was excellent with short walk to beach and the brilliant Ty Coch inn. We will aim to come back again

Wonderfull cottage by the beach
A lovely cottage with all the facilities needed for a brilliant long weekend away with all the family. The owner was fantastic and sent all relevant information including check in details in advance. The cottage is spacious and has all amenities required. All 4 girls, ages (12), (6), (4) & (1) enjoyed their stay including spending time in the hottub and playing in the garden. The cottage was exactly as the pictures show, kitchen facilities were brilliant and had everything required (loved the Nespresso coffee). Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions the local town was still closed which meant we spent more time actually at the cottage than what we would usually do however there was plenty to do and keep us all occupied. Fantastic cottage with a lovely owner who went out of their way to make our holiday that much better. Highly recommended.

A very short break
Boom cottage was lovely but we cut short our break after the government advice on avoiding non essential travel was issued the day we arrived.
In different circumstances I am sure we would have been able to have a wonderful holiday.

Wonderful little seaside bolt hole
We had an amazing few days and Boom Cottage is a perfect hide away but close to so many lovely walks in some spectacular scenery. We took our two dogs and it was just perfect for us all.
A fully enclosed garden and more than enough space for us all. Brilliant little details like the drying room were so welcome and only enhanced our stay.
I can’t recommend the cottage more highly, the communication and support from the owners was excellent and if you’re looking in the area, you’ve found the perfect spot

Amazing host & cottage
Sarah is an amazing host and the cottage is beautiful, full of lovely touches. We had a great time here and we cannot wait to return. Even in the high winds it was lovely to just sit around playing the games provided. Thank you for everything.

Beautifully appointed cottage
Boom Cottage has been renovated to a very high standard, with careful consideration of the needs and comfort of potential visitors. The howls of Storm Callum outside deterred our party from venturing to the sauna, but made the central heating, supplemented by a log burning stove (plentifully supplied with fuel) doubly welcome. The mezzanine play area above the spacious living room was frequented by young and not-so-young alike. With excellent communication from the proprietor, and a generous complimentary bottle of fine wine, we were made to feel welcome.
The cottage is spotlessly clean and as very frequent visitors to the area, we will definitely return.

Lovely cottage
Fantastic cottage, close to the beach and has everything you need for your stay. Would be happy to stay here again and would also consider the other cottage they own around the corner.

Had a relaxing comfortable week in a lovely property.
Everything was fine, plenty of room for 7 of us without being on top of each other. Great isolated location, sauna a pleasant experience, the only negative would be the state of the BBQ.. unusable, so had to buy disposable.

Ideal family get away property
Well equipped family property, some road noise but fairly quiet area, only niggles were downstairs double bed mattress has seen better days and the shower screen did not stop all the water spreading onto the floor

Fantastic cottage; a relaxing, family get together
Yet another fantastic family holiday at Boom Cottage. The cottage is well equipped, clean, warm and creates the perfect setting for a relaxing long weekend. The nespresso coffee machine and sauna were an unexpected bonus; both well used throughout the weekend. Can't wait for my next trip for our rare family get togethers - a place to really unwind.

Lovely location and property for a holiday.
The house was lovely and had everything we could hope for. It was very convenient for the beach and as a base to explore the Llyn Peninsular. Plenty of local shops and places to eat for the odd night out.
