Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Großes, sauberes und helles Appartement, mit allem ausgestattet, was man auf Reisen benötigt. Kaffee und Filter waren auch schon da, super. Moderne Einrichtung. Gäste werden sehr freundlich empfangen, habe auch etliche hilfreiche Tipps bekommen. Sehr gute Gaststätten mit typisch österreichischer Küche gibt es einige im Viertel, manche nur wenige Meter entfernt. Ebenso ganz nahe ist ein Supermarkt und die nächste Tramhaltestelle. WLAN war auch topp, habe ich auch schon anders erlebt.

Very enjoyable stay

• Spacious • Quiet • Hardness of mattress was adjustable! • Price was higher than my usual range of expenditure, but I did get what I paid for.

• I booked the accommodation due to its proximity to a tram station. However, the tram service turned out to be very unreliable (especially on weekend nights after some demos somewhere). Alternative transport would be 10 minutes' walk away, making the location less convenient than expected. • Heating couldn't be adjusted. • One of the bed lights couldn't be turned on because the cable was hidden and unplugged.

Sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit allem, was man so braucht. Man kann sich extra Handtücher geben lassen. Fürs Parken gibt es sehr günstiges Tagesparkscheine zu 4,10 Euro/Tag. Parkplatz finden war einfach. Tram um die Ecke, man braucht ca eine halbe Stunde ins Zentrum. Superfreundlich, auch die Nachbarn. In der Nähe gibt es ein tolles Freibad (Kongressbad). Von der Lage her für mich für Anreise mit Auto optimal. Gerne wieder!

Friendly, clean, nearby supermarket / station/ tram/ playground, spacious apartment

Friendly reception. We could check in earlier. Nice kitchen with good appliances. Good size apartment, clean. Enough towels for 1 week. Supermarket around the corner, others less than 10 minutes walk. Neighborhood playground less than a minute's walk away. Quiet place within a residential area. Station little walk. Station at a short walking distance through the district. Public transport is very good! Also nice to see the neighborhood. People are very friendly to help.

Mattresses could be better. Bit noisy, hear children running. We also have children and have accepted this. Extractor hood filter may be cleaned.

I got good help from the staff(lady), I got to park my car in private garage also after paying 7 Euro per night. .

But the room was not good. The rest room was very dark. We got a room on the ground floor and found people were often smoking there. It didn't meet our expectations

Exceptional

This apartment is a hidden treasure in Vienna. Located in a historical backyard, only 5 minutes to tram, 3 minutes supermarkets, 30 minutes with a romantic walk up to the hill to the castle hotel. There are everything you need for the short or long stay in the apartment. the rooms are cleaned, bright, spacious, and nostalgically elegant. The lady in charge is the most graceful and warmhearted lady i have ever met during travels. She can help you with all kinds of requests, no matter if they are accommodation related or just travel/ cultural related in general. Definitely will visit here again.

Although it is located in the 16th district of Vienna, the surroundings streets are clean, safe and quiet. It's close to the U3 station Ottakring. My apartment was right next to the reception, but it didn't bother me. Even though there was some problem with the hkt water, they did everything to solve it as soon as possible. The apartment was clean, slacious and comfortable, the kitchen and the bathroom were well equippdd.

Would definitely come again

Fully equiped apartment, even with grounded coffee for the coffee maker, comfy beds with possibility to soften/ harden the mattress, less than 10 minutes to metro station, from there 10 minutes to city center, Billa around the corner, available parking garage in the building (requires reservation).

Just be precise with your time of arrival and departure, the reception might be unattended otherwise

It was very clean.

We didn’t have hot water and heating. Those are basic conditions. Even they were very kind, they did not solve the problem during our stay. They gave us a refund, which is more than correct.

Good Ottakring Location

We really enjoyed staying at the Fleger Apartments. Susanna helped make our stay perfect, especially with the grandkids. She pointed us to the parks and the best Ice Cream in the area. The kitchen had everything we needed and we liked the whole apartment. She also helped us with parking for the car. The tram and subway were close enough to walk to and leave the car there to see Vienna with the family. We will try to stay here again.

It was all good.
