Hotel location was good, room is clean and of acceptable size, water dispenser is available on all floors which is a nice touch. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful e.g. helped us booked a taxi to airport and loaned us umbrellas for free when it was raining. Breakfast at the cafe was great and they do change some of the items everyday.
Room size can be a bit larger but it is still acceptable for the price point.

Great new hotel, it was very clean and everything was new. We got the bigger rooms and the space was well laid out and had a good amount of room for 2 large suitcase. The beds were comfortable and the sound proofing excellent (we couldn't hear anything!). The location was within 10 min walk to delicious ramen and izakaya, yakitori, bakeries and Hakata Station.. We did not go hungry here
Nothing, it was perfect. They let us store our bags before check in and after check out.

A bit far from hakata sta.

Really good location, less than 10 mins from the Hakata station with a few shrines nearby. The breakfast was good, mostly Japanese style. I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel before and after the check in/out. The Ladies' lounge was a nice touch and the bathtub was good-sized and really lovely.

clean, nice room. I was on a women’s floor. they had a cute common area on that floor (women only) where you could grab water, toiletries and
make tea or coffee which they provided. I thought it was a great little touch. good WiFi

It was close to Hakata Station which was perfect for sightseeing around Kyushu. And there was a 7-11 nearby. Tip: a hidden garden (Rakusuien) is super close to the hotel. Perfect for a late afternoon tea.
Providing a Ladies Floor was so thoughtful and made me feel very safe as a solo traveler. The amenities were also very complete. I was surprised to see them providing bath salts, disposable towels, and facial care sets. The breakfast was also delicious, very Japanese.
The room is very small. It was hard to maneuver around even though I’m a petite person. And the pillows were weird, not to my personal liking.

Everything was wonderful: the staff was friendly and helpful, they even received a package for me and stored it until I checked in.
I had chosen a room on the ladies' floor, and the ladies lounge was very nice and clean. The room had everything I could ask for, totally sweetened my stay in Fukuoka. Breakfast at Beluga Cafè was in buffet style with a variety of Japanese and Western food - delicious!

Kinda long walk (10 mins) from Hakata station to hotel and from hotel to Canal City Hakata

When I left.
Some of the receptionists were useless. All they did was monitor you in the hotel through the security cameras. They give your movement details to people who would then stalk and follow you around. That is unlawful. Maybe these receptionists are earning some money on the side through helping people get stalked and harassed. They also desperately want to get inside your hotel room to see if there is anything valuable in there. I told them I was sick and housekeeping could also get sick if they entered the room but they insisted in cleaning the room.

Everything was very convenient and clean.

Pretty new interiors. Toilet/showers are spacious enough.
Room is a bit tight for 2 person.

A lovely little room, with all conveniences. Some things I especially liked - the black and white wall photo of Hakata, the real clock, the round bath, the cute tiny sofa and table, the stylish gold hue of the wallpaper, excellent lamps for lighting and fader lights in the bathroom as well. Best thing of all - late checkout time, 12pm. For a night owl it’s much appreciated. I would stay at this hotel again for that reason alone.
Hmm. I can’t thing of anything that wasn’t good. The staff were really nice as well, I forgot to say.
