満足

建物や部屋は新しくきれい。立地も天神や中州に近く素晴らしい。地下鉄の駅も近い。コンビニはすぐそば。

オンラインのビデオ通話でのチェックイン、入館の際や、部屋の暗証番号などの使い方が分かりづらかった。

雖然是公寓式酒店，但提供的物品很簡易，筷子也都已經掉漆，覺得可以改善。格局有點奇怪，餐桌旁邊有兩張雙人床，沒有隔門，介意隱私的可能需要注意一下。床鋪沒有很乾淨，被子有污漬，而且床太低太軟睡起來不太舒服！ Check in前要先繳納宿泊稅

交通方便離便利商店近附近也滿多餐廳有微波爐有簡易的廚房可以自己煮東西

距離地鐵方便..性價比高

第一次要入住時需要填寫一堆資料比較麻煩，重點是價格不貴，民宿飯店地點距離博多運河城與天神南站走路大約10分鐘左右..附近有百貨有藥妝店電器百貨..有的吃..都很方便，如果要自己買東西回來煮，也又簡易的廚房可以使用，性價比算是很高

1.廁所只有一間，家庭多人使用比較不方便 2.冬天厚重外套全部都要放在入門處吊掛，房間內沒有任何地方可以吊掛衣物的設施，不然就要放在地上，比較不方便

立地も良く、ファミリーで楽しめるホテル！

とても安く泊まることができた。

10人で予約したが、予約時のベットの数と実際のベットの数が3つも違っていた…。タオルも人数分なくて困ったが、たまたまいたスタッフの方が出してくれた。トイレットペーパーがなくなり、コンビニに買いに行った。

また利用したいです！

広くてほんとに家みたい。テレビも大きいし大満足！パジャマは無いって元から知ってたので不便では無かったし、タオルも歯ブラシも人数分ちゃんとありました☺️

うーんあまり無かったけど強いて言うならベッドの上のカバーが少し汚れてたのとソファが大学生女子3人まで座れるくらいの大きさだったので、4人で行った私たちは1人ソファのサイドに座ってました😂

若干、駅から遠いですがタクシーを使うほどではなくて毎日、駅まで歩きました

Quite satisfy and will recommend to my friends if they visit Fukuoka in the future.

The location is good ! And the size of the rooms are bigger than I expected. Overall are clean !

Got only 1 washroom is a bit hard for 6ppl especially in the morning. The bad thing was the washroom has some bad smell !

Good apartment but didn't match our expectations

Good Location, very clean, modern design

They only had two chairs for three people and the table was also rather small. The kitchen equipment was the bare minimum, no peeler, not more than some pots and dishes, no toaster. I expected a bit more of a three star apartment. The AC-model used didn't work that well in heating up the room (maybe it isn't often needed for that). As a clean and tidy apartment is quite standard in Japan I expected more.

A nice family hotel in Tenjin,Fukuoka

The room we stayed in the hotel is good for all of us 7 persons,complete with cooking utensils and other amenities.There are 24/7 convenience stores 7-11,Family Mart,and other food stalls around the area.

The location is a bit far from metro train station.

very good hotel, wish you keep it up with cleaning and facilities~

very spacious and walk’able’ distance to tenjin and canel district.

smelly toilet, floor should be cleaned or some cover should be changed frequently. the cleaning staff seem very overloaded work considering the time between check-out and check-in time… room was not ready after 3pm.

comfortable but probably not stay again

it’s an apartment, so you do have everything, a kitchenette for making simple meals, there’s a washer, maybe /dryer, but it didn’t dry the clothes very well. it is at a quiet area.

far from any train stations (10-15mins walk), so if you have young children it can be quite challenging or if weather is bad. there is no reception at all, it’s unmanned. there is a manual with English translation for the appliances in the apartment, but some are not translated at all.

Good value but bad check in experience

Room was clean enough and there were enough amenities for a comfortable 4 night stay. For the price when I booked, the value for money was superb. Location is good for sightseeing. But if arriving by public transport it is tiring to get to with heavy luggage as it is some distance from Hakata (Shinkansen).

Check in process was really difficult, maybe because I cannot speak Japanese and had bad luck. The instructions were sent in Japanese, which was ok with some Google Translate but having an English version would be much appreciated. Also the check in ipad was not working when I arrived. The hotel wifi was not working and I did not have a Japanese number to call the staff with. Messaged the staff via booking.com but we had to wait quite long for response and getting into the room. The first impression was very poor. Also I wished there was detergent to go with the washing machine.

An amazingly stylish and comfortable apartment-style hotel that you'll never want to leave!

I think this is one of the best places I've ever stayed at when traveling! I was so happy with the place and was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave; I even thought about extending my stay (but I had already stayed a week earlier at another place). The lighting was great (yes, I'm praising the actual lighting of the room). The style of furniture and layout was great. The shower... oh, my! The water pressure was amazing. The washing machine worked like a charm and definitely came in handy (I found a local coin laundry place within a 5-minute walk to dry my clothes). The induction stove allowed me to cook my own meals and there were plenty of silverware, utensils, cups/plates to use. I loved having a keyless entry door so I never had to worry about losing or carrying a key/keycard. The bed was super comfortable and there were light switches and power outlets by or on the headboard.

SPECIAL NOTE: it looks like a lot, but I'm only nitpicking in order to give some feedback. I don't think there is anything to complain about or something that I didn't like. I would say that there a few small things that can be improved or suggestions that could be taken into consideration to make someone else's stay a 10. The sofa was spacious, the style was nice and it fit perfectly with the decor. However, it wasn't the most comfortable sofa (I've sat in more comfortable sofas at less expensive hotels). I don't know if the staff have particular hours to avoid contact with people because of COVID, but they wasn't anyone at the front desk sometimes (when I needed to ask a question or when some other people wanted to check in [though I don't know their booking situation, maybe last minute so there was no one there for check-in?]). There wasn't really a system in place or details to explain how to get rid of trash. I stayed for one week and cooked some of my meals, so trash did add up (including beverage items). It would be nice to know where I could have disposed of the trash (again, there wasn't always some one at the front desk and the number they gave me to call wasn't always responsive) and gotten more trash bags if needed (maybe there were some in a plastic storage bin over the coat/clothing rack; didn't bother looking in there because I just pushed the trash down in the bin).
