Egy igazi ékszerdobozt találtunk. A hotel lenyűgöző, minden szempontból. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A Spa részleg maga a mennyország - aki teheti, próbálja ki -, úgy fogja magát érezni, mint aki újjászületett. Az ételek/italok kifogásolhatatlanok. Mind a reggeli, mind pedig a hotel aljában található étterem is csodás. A szobák kialakítása nagyon átgondolt és mindenki remekül fogja magát érezni, aki a JOHANN csapatát választja. Mindenkire gondoltak: a párokra, családokra, fiatalokra, idősebbekre. Nem fognak benne csalódni. Ha Schladming, akkor JOHANN Hotel. Köszönjük az élményt! Várom, hogy visszatérhessünk!
Én voltam a balfácán, hogy nem több napot foglaltam. :) Imádtuk!

What a treat - this place was just amazing. Loved the small balcony and view. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable and the shower + rituals shampoo/lotion were just wonderful. I stayed with my sister and we totally loved the rooftop pool, lounges with this spectacular view. The food and drinks here are pricey but well worth it. The breakfast was also most enjoyable with a huge offering on breads, pastries, cold cuts, you-name-it. In addition the sitting area was also very comfy and you have the same table for the duration of your stay. The staff is also stellar in every way. I will most definitely be back!
Begrudgingly I would say if I had to pick 1 dislike then it would be the size of the room we had. It felt a teeny bit crammed around the bed. I loved everything about it except it could have been a little more "lofty" around the bed :)

Breakfast was super various. Spa area was amazing. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Location of the hotel was great as well. I liked that they had a big parking.
It is a bit pricey.

Wonderful infinity pool and sauna area, excellent breakfast and dinner. Central location near gondola.
We were originally given a tiny room with a double bed against a wall,we asked for another room and paid £10 extra per night for a bigger room. We had a room at the front of the hotel and the bar in front of the hotel was noisy on a few occasions with smokers talking loudly outside and music audible when door opens.

At first, it was difficult to find the parking place, because not the name of the Hotel was written in the parking area, but we got the information from reception we parked in the right place.
The staff was very helpful, they immediately prepared the sommer card and handed over the magnetic card. Our room was on the second floor, which we approached on foot.
A small greeting card with our name was waiting for us in the room. In the entire room was cleanliness and sophisticated clean design everywhere. They paid attention to every little detail in the design.
There were space for coats, shoes, and clothes in the closet. There was also a small refrigerator here. To the left behind the door was the bathroom with a large shower and toilet.
The sink was separated from the bedroom, in front of the bathroom. There were also towels, hand soap, tissue, a large mirror with LED lighting, a trash can and a radiator for drying towels. Full equipment.
In the bedroom there is a giant-sized bed, which was very comfortable, with LED lighting under the bed and at the headboard. We slept well in bed. The windows and curtains were large and let in a lot of light and the view of the mountains was beautiful.
At breakfast, there was a huge selection of everything, fresh spicy cheeses, fruits, salami, food specialties, bacon, fish, eggs, fresh different types of bread, orange juice, wine.
Our table was reserved for us at breakfast with our name.
While we were having breakfast, we could read their offer for daytime activities depending on the weather, or we could also see the dinner offer. Of course all offer was refreshed every day.
The hotel also has a wellness department, unfortunately we didn't try it now, but we will next time.
All parts of the hotel were simply wonderfully beautiful and sophisticated, we are completely satisfied with the breakfast and everything.
If we are in the area, we will visit the hotel again.
Nothing, everything were perfect.

Really good breakfast (although towards the end of shift there was no one to serve fresh eggs etc). Close to ski lift.
Receptionst lady(s) were exceptionally professional and nice. Restaurant food good, but was almost impossible to make a reservation during that period
Because of the timing the price was double of normal and it was very unproportional to the standard of the rooms and hotel. The "view" from the window was on a building wall few meters across.
Restaurant staff not very nice, even though professional - does not make one feeling welcome.
Too small sauna, always full, they switched it off well ahead of the closing time and would not switch back despite our complaints. Loud tee maker in the relax room with plastic cups that completely melted from hot water.
Parking lot when almost full, impossible to park into few remaining spaces.

Close to the ski lift. Breakfast OK. Nice restaurant with decent food.
Nice and professional reception staff.
It was one of the very few hotels that had free rooms for a last minute booking for a very busy period (is that good or bad, not sure, but it was good for us)
Uncomfortable (too soft) matress. Pillows paper thin - we both had neck pains. Non-existing wi-fi internet in our rooms (wifi connection worked, but there was no internet available), not fixed despite our complaints. Finnish sauna very small (max 4 people) for hotel size. Spa theoretically opened until 9PM, but at 7.45 PM during the week the light inside finnish sauna was off and it was lukewarm at best, compared to what it was say during the weekend (when we complained, the answer was that its on and should work..... but it didn't). Resting area has a hot water (tee) pot, that switches automatically on every 15 minutes or so, making terrible loud sounds, right when you are drifting asleep.
Plastic cups suddenly disintegrate upon pouring that hot water into them, creating potential for burning injuries plus....you can't make any tee from that pot that prevents you from relaxing which is double annoying.
If the hotel's outside parking area is full (as it was in our case), its almost impossible to park your car, and once I succeeded after 10 minute exercise, I had about 15 cm space to open the door and get out.
At the arrival we were "gifted" ski depot locker room cards (that also doubled as ski passess that we paid for at the reception) apparently to compensate for parking troubles, but were not told that we need to return them to the hotel, so since we left them at the ski lift cashiers (and received 12 EUR deposit payback) the hotel charged us 80 EUR deposit fee(!)... its a detail that we only got 3 locker room activated cards out of the total 4 cards bought but were subsequently charged for all 4....I guess my fault for not remembering and a mistake on reception's part.
While the reception staff was truly kind the service (waitressess) at the restaurant while professional, clearly lacked that kind of welcoming kindness. Instead of "mountain view' we had a wall 3 meters away.

breakfast was adequate.
there was no hot water for making own tea, outside of dining hours.
as a pet-friendly hotel, guests who did not like dogs should have NOT been adjacent to a guest having dogs.

all was above expectation

Lovely dtaff
Ideally tea making facilities in the room.
Ideally more regional food - international cuisine can become repetitive.
Be nice to have a bigger lounge area
