We had a wonderful stay at Belsoggiorno. We were a little worried about the road noise as is on the main road. However, we had no difficulty whatsoever in sleeping. There is excellent soundproofing. The bed was fantastic really comfortable, and the room had a side view of the sea. It’s in a really great location to be at the beach, but also walk into San Remo for shopping and events.
We paid to go half board and this was an excellent choice. There were numerous options and the food was of high quality. I want to say a very big thank you to the staff who were all extremely professional and friendly.
the Hotel even noticed that it was my husband’s birthday the following day after check-in, and provided a bottle of Prosecco for us.
We were very disappointed that the bikes which were on the website as available were not available.

Breakfast was great, staff lovely, short walk to the beach and not so long walk to the centre. Recommend to borrow bike at the hotel and bike on the 29 km bikelane along the riveria.
Nothing.

Parking was great and located at the hotel. We had a room that faced the road, but the windows blocked almost all of the road noise out. The breakfast was filling, and the staff were always friendly; however, I agree with others that there should be some vegetable options. The location was perfect. Easy walk to the center of everything without all the noise that accompanies the pedestrian zone. Great air conditioning!
We did use the beach club that gives the discount. It was still just as expensive, if not more, than the surrounding beach clubs. The bathroom had an awful strong smell when we first arrived. Once we opened the bathroom window, it seemed to lessen. The smell was not in the sleeping area.

Friendly welcome. The room was very clean with nice linen and a comfortable bed. We also had a small balcony where we could sit outside and enjoy the partial view of the seaside. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and loved the meal. Fantastic cooks and can be all means recommend it! Breakfast had a fantastic selection with fruits, home baked pastries and an excellent coffee. Very nice and friendly staff.
Certainly a place to stay if you in the area.
Nothing, perhaps parking being a bit tight.

The parking garage was great as were the staff - really easy and welcoming. The general design of the hotel is good and the breakfast was a winner - definitely the biggest attraction. The bed was very comfortable too as was the amazing sunrise. Priceless!
The hotel is a bit too far from the city centre, approx 15 mins from anywhere. The rooms, while mostly clean, come straight out of the 1980s. This is especially true for the bathroom which really needs modernising. No kettle/complimentary tea, coffee, etc, in the room is a bit of a shame when paying so much.

Thing was ok at hotel the place it is. It’s closec to city senter and sea.
Ir was dificult to comunicate to hotels reseption. I was twice to reseption to ask something- everytime i tried to talk to thouse ( and it were different employees ) they were interrupting me with phonecalls in frond desk that was ringing. And even after they finish talking they didn’t remember what I asked! Is this not like «customer first» ?
I have been told at privat beach is in charge but you can stil go to swim and come back. But we were throw avay from the beach. Wrong info !
And breakfast: then you are in Italy you may expected at least tomates ( or any vegetables) that is easily growing in Italy as I know.

Good hotel, clean and with a friendly staff. The breakfast is good too. Excellent value for money.
A little story that sums up the stay quite well : when leaving the breakfast I took a few grapes for my baby, a young man working at the breakfast quickly prepared a cute little package for us with grapes inside. Really nice attention !
Not much to complain about but the parking is not ideal as it is quite small. To be fair, they don't charge expensive rates for a place but if your car is big, that can be a problem.

We (a family of 3, including a 4 years old child) stayed for almost a week and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is very comfortable, clean and well located. The staff going from the cleaning ladies to the reception and the waiters give the impression that they love their job and they did everything possible to make us enjoy our holidays. In case we spend holidays again in Sanremo we would go back to hotel Belsoggiorno without hesitation!
The breakfast is nice with great coffee and many options (including vegetal milk!). If a suggestion could be made, maybe a bit more of salty options for the breakfast would be appreciated.

Great value for the price. Staff and breakfast were very nice. In addition, we really appreciated that they were handling the
COVID-19 situation very seriously and asking the guests and staff to comply with all measures. There was alcohol in gel in various points of the hotel, and everybody had to wear a mask when in the common area. Breakfast was also served by the staff to us, guests were required to remain sit to minimize people around the buffet.
We understood that the hotel had a private beach of their own, but this is not the case. Instead, the hotel provides a discount to go to a private beach nearby. The price for the beach is 7,50 euros a day per person.

Not much.
It’s a very old and smelly hotel that definitely needs renovation. Soundproofing is inexistant, you clearly hear everything from the corridors as well as the neighboring rooms. Rooms are not homey at all, meaning you just want to leave them. There is this smell of old.
The breakfast is made of very cheap products, including instant coffee that they serve as americano. All in all extremely unpleasant stay. We are even wondering, where all the positive feed back is coming from...
