Nao gaste seu dinheiro neste resort. Ira se arrepender eternamente.

Da piscina e das bebidas.

Minha experiência foi muito ruim. No segundo dia que cheguei tive uma intoxicaçao alimentar e passei as quatro diarias passando muito mau. As refeições servidas na estrutura do resort ficaram muito a desejar em relaçao ao alto valor pago nas diarias. Faltou opções e o que tinha era muito mau preparada, sem tempero, sem graça. Além disso, para um padrão de diaria como esse cobrado a equipe ficou muito a desejar no atendimento. Exceto a Jessica que nos atendia no cafe da manha no restaurante quebra mar sendo a unica que se destacou em cortesia e educação. Sobre a estrutura dos bangalos foi uma verdadeira luta e odisséia a arrumação do quarto pois solicitavamos via wapp (atendimento), acendiamos o interruptor do quarto e ligavamos na recepcao (desligavam a ligaçao na nossa cara) pela manha por volta das 8h e so apareciam por volta das 18h, passavam o dia inteiro ate aparecer alguem, e quando aparecia ja estavamos no apartamento e nao seria possivel a arrumacao. As amenidades (loccitane) em 4 dias de hospedagem foram fornecidas reposições em apenas 1 dia. Quanto à arrumação do quarto foi realizadas em 4 dias (apenas 1 vez) assim mesmo so estenderam o lençol da cama. Os travesseiros eram horriveis (desgastados, compactos e finos, plumas desgastadas e compactas) nao traziam nenhum conforto. Em resumo. Foram os quase 20 mil reais mais mau investidos que ja fiz. Nao voltaria nunca mais. A dica que dou: hospede-se no NANNAI ao lado e sera tudo perfeito, saira de la com vontade de voltar.

Viagem em família

O hotel é incrível! A localização em Muro Alto é perfeita, com uma praia sensacional, ótima para crianças pois forma várias piscinas naturais facilitando a vida dos pequenos. O parque aquático é fantástico, mesmo com o grande número de hóspedes, da pra aproveitar bastante. Restaurantes com comidas e bebidas de primeira qualidade.

Estadia maravilhosa, já quero voltar.

Tudo foi perfeito e, impressionante como cada funcionário nos acolheu de forma única, recepção, restaurantes, limpeza, partes comuns do hotel, recreação, todos impecáveis. Ambiente muito acolhedor e com alegria contagiante. Gostaria de destacar a atuação dos membros das apresentações no teatro à noite. Que cantora, bailarinos e atores MARAVILHOSOS! Muita categoria, fora os trabalhadores que não "enxergamos" como os de figurino, cenário, som, etc. O Hotel teve seu funcionamento impecável. Exatamente nada de negativo a falar. Já quero voltar.

Vale bastante a pena

Infraestrutura muito boa, quarto muito amplo e confortável, comidas e bebidas incríveis, equipe solicita e pronta para ajudar sempre.

Meu bangalô ficou localizado em uma região bem próxima da piscina onde recorrentemente haviam shows. Apesar de não ter me incomodado muito, fiquei com receio por estar com criança pequena. Deveria ser alertado ao vender a reserva.

Very nice resort... a little expensive.

Really nice hotel, a small resort so you don't really have to move a lot to get to all the different areas. Food and drinks are great too. I really liked the night shows and the pool is great too. There are a lot of activities, but most of what I wanted to do lacked maintainance.

Even though they make you sing a paper saying you can't reserve the seats at the pool, everybody does it and in 5 nights and I could't get a proper place beside the pool. As it most the area, no one speaks anything other than portuguese. Muro Alto is not the nicest beach, although Its great to see the fish and do snorkel (you have to walk about 200 meters to the central beach area) Went to the Italian restaurant but it was not great I had a great time, but Value for money was so so...

a perfect destination for families with younger children

We did have enjoyed our stay, which is due mainly from the employees excellent job. My young daughter had daily activities at clubinho, theatres and so on.. the rest of the staff is also marvelous, the guy Eduardo who fixed my slippers and the his other colleague girls from the bar; the guy Merquides and other staff from the beach; the dancers as well; regretfully I do not remember other names now. but no problems at all with the people.

two things: 1. first and foremost, the music played all day in the pool was TOO loud, too repetitive on a daily basis, and one cannot remain in silence for leisure activities such as reading a book.. and finally: a low quality music, avoiding classics and the good traditional music, which were swtiched for more modern and bad taste music, like modern sertanejo and its awful quality. 2. some facilities are clearly old and used, specifically the wooden ones. One room made for reading in the second floor has been abandoned. It might be a good idea to create more intimate and cool rooms, with low light and fine sofas.

Good food and drinks, lots of activities for kids and comfortable rooms.

The rooms are a bit dated. Specially the bathroom. If your room is very close to the pool are, it can be very noisy during the day.

Lovely stay! Looking forward on returning one day.

Best full moon view ever! Safe and comfortable property. Kids loved it.

Although it is a beach front property you can´t swim in the ocean. There are corals and tons of urchins.

Less Stress

Good location, fantastic pool, really good shower. I would reccomend

All inclusive resort you want to relax no stress. Yet things about the resort are overly complicated. Buffet restuarent is easy but if you want one of the other restaurants you have to book at breakfast. Even this was complicated. We asked where are the kayaks, down the beach five minute walk. Walk there, where is you ticket, its $R27. Are a couple of examples. I had a hard fall on the concrete stairs slippery when wet be careful.
