Günstig und ohne viel Schnick Schnack
Die Bezeichnung „Mitte“ ist hier leider sehr irreführend
Die Umgebung war nicht die Beste.
3.1
Close to metro stop.
Good parking garage.
Room felt dirty. When arriving there was no staff there so it had to be done over the phone. There was a water leak in the bathroom.

The hotel is just not new. Upon entering the room, the floor was cracked, but that happens and at least it was clean. But then you start to notice the details. There is no fridge. The sink is leaking on the bathroom floor. The shower is moldy. The towels have makeup residue on them. The bedsheets are covered in blood stains. The radiator has those ear cleaning sticks stuck in it. It was quite a shock to be honest, but we spent most of our stay exploring the city, so we used the room only for sleeping. The elevator was dingy, sometimes it just wouldn't arrive. We expected more for this price, but we didn't let this ruin our experience in the lovely city of Berlin.

Location near to U Bahn and silence
Lack of park places
3.1
Access to the subway
Amenities around
Beds were comfortable
Room was ok, but...
... Not very clean, it was full of dust!
Basically no reception after mid of the day.
With a bit of maintenance it could be such a better place.
3.1
That the money was worth the room. Easy access
That the staff was hardly there. No access to kitchen or hot water for baby milk

There was a bed
Everything kinda smelled like cigarettes

Nice stuff, room clean but it didn't smell well.
Breakfast decent for the price.
Location not much convenient but, there is a metro station next to the hotel which is great!
How the room smell.
3.1
cosy and clean room, bed was fine and plenty restaurants arround the hotel. Breakfast is simple, still enough choice for me. Great location for exploring Berlin (close to Metro). Good price / value. B
No issues.

Location and the room was OK.
Breakfast. I thought there will be more warm food, but there was only boiled eggs.

Typical enjoyable continental breakfast , location on a main road but was booked as it met my needs. Good communiction as staff couldn’t be there to greet but sent full instructions. Room was functional and comfortable with a good shower.

Very convenient location, great value, clean and easy going, good room and bed.
Television set could have been larger.

It was nice and quiet. The hotel was clean and the location was accessible by all public transport.

Bed was very comfy and the rainfall shower was very nice
There was no receptionist which was surprising. But getting into the hotel and leaving was really easy not a complaint.
Noisy in the morning

Only how close it was to the place I meant to visit ... not much after that.
I was only in there for three nights, but to be honest, I wouldn't want to stay there again. I can't complain about the area as I grew up around the corner so I booked the hotel to visit family (I am living abroad now) - so I knew the area is a bit on the rough side, so that isn't the hotel's fault.
The issue is first, with staffing. I got an email that due to covid the procedure changed so I got a code to get in and my key was in the room. I was also given a 24/7 number which I tried to call to find out how to get into the car park. For two days I was not able to get anyone on the phone. I had also two days where I was coming from dinner and new arrivals were standing outside not able to reach anyone from reception to get their key. When I let them in and went downstairs almost two hours later, they were still waiting. Unacceptable.
Second issue is Wifi - doesn't actually work. Again, couldn't have ask anyone as no one was available / reachable.
Third issue - dirt ... My gosh was the room dirty. The beds were on rollers (which make for interesting sleep) so it should be easy enough to clean under the bed. But something fell down and rolled under the bed and I ended up with dirty clothes when trying to reach it.
Oh and the worst - a spare pillow in the cupboard was without cover and horrendously dirty and disgusting ... unbelievable ...
Another issue is - it is extremely loud. I believe the building was an office before, especially as it has office ceilings and light fittings, so I could hear the guy next door snoring and the people upstairs going to the toilet ...
So no, it was the last time I stayed there .. Def. not a 3* Hotel ...

I have stayed here before and it was excellent. Great customer service and very clean but this time it wasn't so good.
Firstly there wasn't a receptionist. There was a phone number but I tried called it a couple of times and there wasn't a reply. I was calling because the internet wasn't working. Eventually (the next day) someone answered and they helped to get the wifi working again. Also the hairdryer was broken.
