Il n'y aucun effort sur la propreté et les équipements de l'hôtel. La VMC de ma chambre était cassée et a fait un bruit d'enfer toute la nuit. De temps en temps, la clim faisait le bruit d'une bruyante machine à expresso, y compris la nuit. Le pommeau de douche ne tenait pas bien. J'ai retrouvé un gros insecte dans le bac de douche. Les volets de ma chambre fermaient très mal et laissaient transparaitre de la lumière. Les couloirs de l'hotel sont sales et la moquette est vraiment très abimée. Le personnel est peu aimable. Un homme de la réception a souhaité me faire payer la chambre une 2 fois, alors que j'avais déjà été débitée par booking. J'ai du montrer mon relevé bancaire ce qui est complètement inadmissible ! La piscine ressemble beaucoup plus à une pataugeoire. A fuir absolument !

Pas grand chose si ce n'est que l'hotel etait proche du lieu ou je devais me rendre et qu'il est situé dans un environnement calme.

Les finitions sont mal faites (tuyau apparents) la propreté n'était pas de mise (odeur d'égoûts, douche et sanitaires sales) Fuite d'eau et aucun geste commercial

Smelly rooms

The hotel's location is very nice and the area around, and I wish the owner of the hotel would spend more money and time to make it better place. It looks like a nice hotel outside, but it's a cheap motel inside. Our bathroom was smelly and everything was not arranged nicely in the room. There is no heart nor soul in this place besides a very nice receptions.

Rather spend a bit more for a nicer place!

Value for money isn’t bad but in hindsight would have rather paid more and get a good night sleep.

Very small room with an uncomfortable pullout couch. Aircon did not work and the breakfast was not great either. Coffee was impossible to drinks.

Waiting 2 hours in a cold room to check in, no tea making facilities, nowhere to get a bite to eat. Far away from all amenities. Went to bed hungry and slept on a pull out couch.

disappointing, will not return

location

the rooms were empty, no place to put your clothes, in the bedrooms no chairs , nothing but a bed. barely any utensils in the kitchen. stove was not functioning (we bought food because kitchen was included). Cleaning inadequate, spiderwebs etc there was a connection door apparently to a kitchen for breakfast, noise and smell from 7 AM onwards.

We were attending a wedding near by so it was perfect for that and we even enjoyed time in the pool

It was quiet and close to the wedding location. Emma was very helpful with all of our enquiries.

Nothing close by if you don’t have a car. They don’t provide separate towels or more towels for the pool. The toilets by the pool were closed. There aren’t enough umbrellas to provide shade by the pool if you need them. There’s no vending machine and no shops near by for basic needs

Clean room (though there were broken items) The sheets & bedding very clean & fresh. There was a pool. Receptionist was nice. big room. parking. cheap.

Bed was lumpy. toilet roll holder broken. tired decor. no curtain or blind. fridge made an absolute racket all night! it was loud! neighbours coming in banging doors & showering at 1am-3am…

Overall we liked the aparthotel!

Great location, quiet surrouinding, beatiful countryside fields. Well maintained and excellent wifi connection.

It's a pity that we stayed here for 5 nights and nobody ever came to clean the room, exchange towels or bedsheets.

Good for 2-3 days

Nice Bathroom. The double single bed is not the best but still ok. I only use the microwave in the kitchen. So couldn't tell more about it. I was here only for 2 nights so it's ok.

The location of the hotel is not really good (no groceries nearby...), I had to think of taking food before coming to Puyricard. Lack of furniture, I had to use a chair as a night table. I mean if they were more furnitures the price would have been higher. But still.

all went fine and nice visit

Very friendly staff helping us in whatever request we had. Quite good spoken English. The location was in beautiful countryside and the city of Puyricard was very nice.

for 2 adults I would have liked to have 2 separate beds, not a sofa to be opened by ourselves. Also to have 2 blankets, not 1 large one. (however the friendly staff gave us one more) For the kitchen: needed to have some brush and Fairy to clean the dishes

Direction left the boat.

Good staff willing to help.

It was not our first time at Garden & City but it was the first time it didn't meet our expectations. The staff onsite was doing their best during this extremely busy weekend, but we could feel the managers/directors had abandoned them and were nowhere to help. A few times we saw the receptionist try to ring their director to no avail. They were clearly understaffed, which is unacceptable in such busy times. That's really sad because it makes the experience not pleasant, while we know it can be a great facility.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good . The room included a kitchen , which provided us with everything we needed to make our own food . The pool looked good but we didn't use it .

everything was well-managed although it felt a bit like a student residence.
